Our porch addition project is moving along nicely. This roof has a somewhat?tricky connection to the existing house roof, but the carpenters did a nice job on that area. Over the years I've seen many homes where additions were connected to a house wall or roof improperly and were slowly leaking and deteriorating the substrate. In one instance the leak was in back of cement stucco.
