The owner himself uses profane and vulgar language during business dealings. They don't pay their bills then default on all contracts. Protect yourselves as consumers and do not do business with these people

As with any other large purchase beware of the details involved with what is translated to paper, like many builders, Pepper-Viner states there sub-contractors,for them, will do a better than industry standard work and verbally tell you to be picky thru the process. We spent over $20,000.00
