Bought home from Les did a great job, the warranty is from the home company and they have been good so far.

We bought our home from Les and the sheet rock was never finished, the windows don't open all the way/pop out of track/hard to open & shut and the door was leaking water from underneath and was soaking the carpet and padding in the livingroom. The modular home company came fixed leaking door
