My family and I couldn't be happier with Pure Mold Free! The cost doesn't break the bank and nothing gets disturbed. It is obvious that Walter loves what he does and puts in 100% at getting the job done correctly. After having the house fogged, the air is lighter and fresher and we are breathing better. Thank you! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pure Mold Free is a great choice for mold remediation. Although we haven't use this company personally we know about the process that Walter uses. It's pretty amazing that in 4 to 6 hours. Most homes can be mold free with either no demo or virtually no demo. The absolute best part about the process is not only no harsh chemicals are used, but a hospital grade cold sterilant is used. Lastly, they will apply an antimicrobial protection. This will help keep the home mold free for years to come. I am very happy to recommend this process to anyone suffering from mold exposure or toxicity.

I was referred to pure maintenance by my realtor after experiencing significant water damage resulting in mold and was lead to believe that my house would have to be demolished in order to get rid of the mold. Pure maintenance was extremely sensitive to my situation and provided me with hope after telling me that they could get rid of the mold without demolishing my house. Even though he was so busy, he was kind enough to to expedite the mold mitigation so that my kids and could live in a place that was safe to live in.

I cannot thank Pure Maintenance enough for their kindness, compassion and diligence in resolving my situation. If you are experiencing water damage or mold issues, I would HIGHLY and without reservation recommend Pure Maintenance. They are a trustworthy business!

Pure Maintenance of Will County is hands down the best mold remediation company i've ever dealt with. I'm a local Realtor and see a lot of bad situations involving mold in homes. Walter and his entire crew are always professional, courteous and get the job done on time and for a lot less than some other options. If you have any mold issues no matter how big or small, I highly recommend giving them a call.

A few things you should know about Pure Mold Free: 1. It will cost a fraction of the price to use this method rather than a traditional demolition mold removal company. Demolition methods are outdated. This is next level technology that makes homes healthier. 2. It will take a LOT less time and work and it's a LOT healthier for you to let this company remove the mold. Don't try to do it yourself.

You will only make it worse and it will come back. 3. Not only will this method rid your house of mold but it will also remove germs and PREVENT germs and mold from growing in the future. I was very surprised to witness my husband's asthma relief immediately after our house was treated, and the change was not temporary. He went from coughing on and off all night long to sleeping soundly and feeling better all day. 4. Walter and his team are very professional and just good people to work with.

He charges a very fair price, makes it as easy as possible, and he delivers exactly what he promises and more. He took the time to explain and educate me throughout the process. It's obvious that he is genuinely invested in helping people get well by removing the mold and germs from their homes.

My son had bad cold symptoms for months. Several doctor appointments and antibiotic rounds later they finally decide it's allergies. I thought, well I know he's allergic to mold but there isn't any mold at my house. We decided to have this treatment done 'just in case'. The technician came and was prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. He found visible signs of mold and pointed out other ways to make the house more healthy.

I don't really care what the air quality readings show or mean but I do care about the health of my family. Guess what? My son's symptoms started clearing up immediately and he has been symptom free since. I highly recommend this service.
