Garage Door Repair
Veteran Garage Door provides a full range of services and repairs for residential and small commercial garage doors and openers. Below is a selection of our repair services, although this is not a comprehensive list. If you need repairs on your garage door or opener, we are here to help. Reach out to us to schedule an appointment.
Spring Replacement
When our certified technician arrives at your home, they will measure the weight and height of your garage door. Using this information, they will calculate the IPPT and present you with spring options for your door. These options will include the warranty length based on the rated lifecycle of the springs, as well as the total job cost, including tax and labor. After you choose the springs you'd like installed, the technician will proceed with the installation according to industry standards. Once the installation is complete, they will perform a balance check to ensure your garage door operates smoothly. We exclusively install torsion spring systems due to their enhanced safety and reliability compared to older extension spring systems.
Opener Installation
Veteran Garage Door is your go-to source for garage door opener repairs, services, and installations. We work with top brands, including LiftMaster and Genie, and are familiar with various opener systems, such as Screw Drive and Wall Mount. Our commitment to quality is evident in our choice of LiftMaster for new installations, as they provide outstanding reliability and comprehensive support, establishing themselves as leaders in the industry.

Ulysess provided me 30 minutes of notices and punctually arrived on time. He changed the broken garage door springs and had me back running in no time. Before leaving, he did an inspection of my door, oiled a few noisy parts and provide me with some preventative maintenance tips that I can do myself. There are three reasons why I choose VGDR. First, they are in Burleson area. Second, I just like the work Veteran. Third, because of the negative reviews. I appreciate the fact the VGDR took the time to address, and try to make good, on the few negative reviews that they received. That is just good business. Thank you VGDR.

My service person was Jesse. He's very knowledgeable and personable. I felt like any questions I asked him, he was honest in his assessment and wasn't just trying to be a salesperson to make more money. If I need to I would definitely use the service again and refer them.

I found these guys yesterday after another service said they couldn't perform the repairs I needed. I booked an appointment yesterday afternoon and William showed up on time, first thing this morning. He assessed the repairs that were needed very quickly and provided a reasonable quote. He fixed everything in less than an hour and a half and left a very clean work space. Awesome experience and I'm very glad to have found a place I can trust.
