Unbelievably fast and courteous service is all I can say, I called them with a broken AC at my moms house in Phoenix, Monday evening, Tuesday at 8 am they were at her house and started the work immediately. Phoenix was at 108 degrees that day so needless to say it was an emergency. I highly recommend them for your HVAC work. Great great company and people

Everybody was booked out. They came in honest people. And it was just a dirty condenser. Everything else is on the up-and-up. They are number one and don't forget it in a Maricopa area. Try it out. And I got champagne taste on the beer budget

I called JDL and they had their technician out here in a hour, he pulled the panel and found the Capacitor had a melted wire. Put a new capacitor in the A.C is on all with in 2 hours that's incredible service. Thank you JDL

When scheduling an appointment make sure you get a confirmation email/text while you are on the phone with them. My 1st appointment that I scheduled was never put on the books and nobody came out. Had to call and schedule a 2nd appointment for 5 days later. When that appointment came, Jesse was very professional and worked quickly and cleanly. He was friendly and had a smile the whole time. Besides the scheduling issue, it was a good experience.

Had a great experience using JDL Refrigeration. Our AC unit stopped working after regular business hours on a Friday. They were able to get a technician out to us within a few hours. Unit was fixed quickly and saved us. We have young children and a baby. We are so grateful that they went above and beyond to fix our unit. My A/C unit was making a loud noise. They had guys out within the hour. I needed a new motor. One of the hottest days ever. I kept my hair appointment. Got home. Everything was fixed.

We had JDL come out for a basic check for our AC going into summer. Everything seemed to be working well, but we were still having some issues with the AC keeping up during the hottest part of the day a few weeks later. Even though everything looked good technically, they were so happy to come back and their guy spent a lot of time looking things over to see if there was a way to help. Im not sure what he ended up doing, but it made such a big difference for our AC! Its way cooler (the babies room was always so hot and now it feels normal) and we havent had any issues with the AC not being able to keep up anymore. Highly recommend!
