Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process deeply cleans carpets using 80% less water than steam cleaning. The carbonated solution lifts dirt from fibers, which our powerful extraction equipment removes, leaving no residue. This method dries in hours instead of days, reduces allergens, and protects against mold growth. Ideal for residential and commercial spaces seeking healthier, longer-lasting results.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets urine crystals at the molecular level. Using UV light detection, we apply our proprietary solution to penetrate sub-floors and destroy odor sources. This 36-hour process eliminates stubborn pet odors from carpets, rugs, and upholstery without masking agents. Safe for pets and children, it prevents recurring accidents by removing attractants.
Stain Removal
Specialty Stain Removal tackles tough stains like wine, blood, and permanent marker. Our technicians use advanced enzymatic cleaners and pH-adjusted solutions to break down stubborn blemishes. The process includes pre-treatment analysis, targeted application, and protective coating to prevent future stains. Effective for both immediate spills and set-in marks on carpets and upholstery.
Commercial Cleaning
Customizable commercial cleaning packages serve offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities. Our low-moisture method allows same-day use of cleaned areas, minimizing business disruption. Services include carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning with allergen reduction benefits. We accommodate special scheduling needs and provide consistent service across multi-location operations through standardized quality protocols.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Our wood floor cleaning uses counter-rotating brushes and pH-neutral solutions to remove embedded dirt without damaging finishes. The process includes deep cleaning, residue removal, and protective polishing. Minimal moisture application prevents warping while restoring natural luster. We service solid hardwood and engineered wood floors, with optional protective coatings to extend cleanliness between professional cleanings.

Does great quality work and is highly recommended. He has cleared some high traffic stains and grease spots. He also worked on some tile at a rental unit and cleaned it so well. We thought there was no salvaging the tile after the tenants but he made it look like new

Chem-Dry has been a life-saver. Because my pup was having intestinal issues, I was having carpet issues. The Chem-Dry tech came out two days in a row after two separate horrendous incidents. The tech was very personable, efficient and, most importantly, got the carpet stains out. I was very grateful that he managed to fit me into the schedule on such short notice.

Awesome customer service! My carpets looked great, I was warned of a certain spot beforehand that was a ware path and most likely couldn't be cleaned out. The price was laid out before the service and no surprise charges. Overall great experience!
