Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method deeply cleans carpets using 80% less water than steam cleaning. The carbonation process lifts dirt from fibers for thorough removal, leaving carpets dry in hours. This method reduces allergens and prevents mold growth while maintaining carpet warranties.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) uses UV detection and molecular breakdown to destroy urine crystals. The process targets odor sources in carpets and subfloors, eliminating smells permanently. Safe for pets and children, it prevents recurring accidents through complete odor neutralization.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Specially formulated solutions clean hardwood and engineered wood floors without damaging finishes. Counter-rotating brushes remove embedded dirt while minimal moisture prevents warping. A protective polish can be applied to extend surface life and maintain natural luster.
Granite Countertop Renewal
Four-step process removes grime from granite pores using non-abrasive solutions. Residue removal followed by sealing and polishing restores shine and protects surfaces. The treatment extends countertop lifespan while maintaining food-safe, hygienic surfaces without harsh chemicals.
Commercial Cleaning
Tailored cleaning for offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities using industrial equipment. Fast-drying methods minimize business disruption while improving indoor air quality. Services include carpet, upholstery, and hard surface cleaning with flexible scheduling options.

This company was recommended by my brother in law, I was not disappointed. As a first time customer, I will use Pacific Breeze Chem Dry again! My carpet areas were exceptionally dirty and gross, and now looks great (for old carpet!). There is no residual on the carpet and no left over scent. The office was easy to work with when scheduling and rescheduling my appointment. Thank you so much!

Josuha, arrived in a timely manner ready to get after it. Took measurements, calculated cost, presented proposal, offering additional Scott Guard, inquired about any known spots. Within 10 minutes had equipment in place to start his task. After completing job I was shocked at the cleaning that had taken place, areas of heavy traffic looked new! Josh was very attentive to my needs and fulfilled my expectations.
Highly recommend this process and Josuha at the helm, this is from a critic of most carpet cleaning processes, had low expectations thinking all process are the same, I was wrong! Is there a 5+ rating let your tip reflect it for this carpet tech go Josh
