Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process penetrates deep into carpet fibers to lift dirt and allergens. Using 80% less water than steam cleaning, we achieve faster drying times while reducing non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mite matter. This method preserves carpet longevity while maintaining indoor air quality.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. technology breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level using specialized enzymatic action. Our technicians use UV light detection to identify contamination zones, then apply treatments that destroy odor sources in carpets, padding, and subfloors without masking smells.
Area Rug Cleaning
We clean all rug types including delicate oriental and synthetic materials using pH-balanced solutions. Our process preserves dye integrity while removing embedded allergens and dirt. Technicians perform fiber analysis to determine optimal cleaning methods for wool, silk, and cotton rugs.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Specially formulated solutions remove grime from hardwood and engineered floors without damaging finishes. Our low-moisture system uses counter-rotating brushes to lift contaminants, followed by protective polish application that enhances shine and repels future soiling.
Commercial Cleaning
Customizable maintenance plans for offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities. Our rapid-drying HCE method minimizes business disruption while meeting OSHA cleanliness standards. Services include carpet, upholstery, and high-traffic area treatments with documented quality checks.
Questions
What makes Chem-Dry's cleaning method different?
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses carbonation to lift dirt, requiring 80% less water than steam cleaning. This means faster drying times and deeper cleaning without soap residue that attracts dirt.
How does the allergen removal process work?
Independent lab testing confirms our HCE method reduces non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mite matter by 89-95% through deep-cleaning action and specialized filtration systems.
Can you remove old pet urine odors?
Yes, our P.U.R.T. treatment uses enzymatic action to break down urine crystals at the molecular level, eliminating odors rather than masking them. This works even on long-standing contamination.
What are the working hours for service appointments?
We schedule appointments Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Emergency services available during business hours with prior arrangement. Commercial clients can request after-hours service for minimal disruption.
Do you offer any protection plans after cleaning?
Yes, we offer Stain Fighter Package with protectant application and Healthy Home Premium Service that adds odor-blocking treatment. These create barriers against future stains and allergen accumulation.

Amazing. When does the person answering the phone actually come and do the work these days? John did everything he said he would and our very filthy upholstered chairs look brand new. The carpet also came out perfectly. His price was fair. Why call anyone else? Shop local! Services Carpet steam cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal

John, the owner, provided an exceptional level of service. He was easy to make arrangements with in the beginning. The carpets came very clean, and he got some difficult spots removed. The stairs not quite as good, but then who builds a house with off-white plush wall-to-wall carpeting on the stairs to the garage? Nobody does stairs well. He was a pleasure to have in the house and an energetic worker. A very nice person, he gave us a senior discount. We recommend him highly.
