Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process penetrates deep into carpet fibers to lift dirt and allergens, using 80% less water for faster drying. The method leaves no sticky residue, ensuring carpets stay cleaner longer while improving indoor air quality. Ideal for residential and commercial spaces seeking a healthier, more sustainable cleaning solution.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets urine crystals at the molecular level, destroying odors permanently. The process uses UV light detection and specialized solutions to treat contamination in carpets, padding, and subfloors, preventing recurring accidents and restoring hygiene in pet-friendly homes.
Area Rug Cleaning
Gentle yet effective cleaning for all rug types, including delicate oriental and persian weaves. Our process removes embedded dirt and allergens while preserving colors and fibers. Technicians use rug-specific equipment to ensure thorough cleaning without damage, followed by rapid drying to minimize downtime.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Specially formulated solutions and counter-rotating brushes clean wood floors without excess moisture. The process removes grime and allergens while applying protective polish to resist future stains. Safe for solid hardwood and engineered wood surfaces in residential and commercial settings.
Granite Countertop Renewal
Four-step process removes buildup and restores granite's natural luster. Non-toxic cleaners, residue removers, sealants, and polish protect surfaces from stains and etching. The service extends countertop lifespan while maintaining food-safe conditions in kitchens and bathrooms.

Weve had our carpets cleaned twice with Chem-Dry. Both times they have done a wonderful job with excellent customer service. They were flexible and had great communication leading up to our cleaning times. Our carpets are very light colored, and the cleaning left them looking like new. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for great service.

Scheduling was easy and Paula answered all of my questions. The employee who cleaned the carpet was timely, friendly, and efficient. He shared about other services that are offered (hard surface and furniture cleaning). The carpet that was cleaned looks fantastic. I will absolutely be using Chem Dry again!

Ian was absolutely the most professional, hardest working young man I have met in quite a while. He was very responsive to phone calls and kept us updated on his arrival time. He and his boss Jeff showed up and helped us to navigate our rental move-out in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to help us problem solve to get everything done on time. In a world where good workers are a rare find, its refreshing to see the strong customer focused work ethic that was displayed by both of these men. If you want top-notch carpet cleaning at a fair price, these are your guys!

We had two elderly cats who in their final days became incontinent. Chem-dry came and worked diligently to clean the carpet and the upholstery. He stayed till almost 7 pm making sure to finish the job before he left. He even got down on his hands and knees to wipe up residue from the cleaner on the floor. He was very thorough and my house is clean again. I'm very happy.
