Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process removes 90% of allergens and dirt from carpets using 80% less water than steam cleaning. Certified technicians apply non-toxic solutions that prevent mold growth and leave carpets dry within hours. This method extends carpet lifespan while maintaining indoor air quality for families and pets.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets urine crystals at the molecular level using UV detection and specialized formulas. The process destroys odors permanently rather than masking them, reaching deep into padding and subfloors. Ideal for multiple pets or chronic odor issues in homes.
Granite Countertop Cleaning
Four-step process includes deep cleaning, residue removal, sealing, and polishing to restore granite surfaces. Non-abrasive solutions remove buildup without damaging stone integrity. Protective sealant application prevents future staining while enhancing natural luster for kitchen and bathroom countertops.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Low-moisture system with counter-rotating brushes cleans wood grain without warping. Removes embedded dirt and allergens while applying protective polish that resists future grime. Safe for both solid and engineered hardwood floors in residential and commercial settings.
Commercial Cleaning
Tailored services for businesses including carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning with minimal operational disruption. Uses 80% less water for rapid drying, ideal for high-traffic areas like retail stores and medical offices. Meets OSHA standards for workplace safety and hygiene.

I highly recommend this company. I had an incident with my cat making a mess on my love seat the week before Thanksgiving. I was fortunate enough to be able to get an appointment right before the holiday. The technician who came, Robert, was very professional and personable. He explained everything in great detail and made great suggestions. I really appreciate the work he did for us. Our furniture looks almost like it's brand new. If it wasn't for the threads pulled out by our cats, it would look like brand new

Writing a review as the Patrick Family Chem-Dry team is currently working on-site at our office. Dave had previously visited to provide us a quote, and he is also leading a 3-person team to address all stains acquired over 4 years of commercial use. I can instantly see the exact line where their equipment has already cleaned, especially in the high-volume traffic areas. They also do spot cleaning where there are specific spills.

Since we are a business with employees, they scheduled the work to start at 5PM when most of our team have headed home to ensure there was minimal disruption, and maximum results. Sorry that I had held out this long to clean our carpets, but glad that we got the right company to do the job. I spoke with Dave to setup a yearly appointment to maintain our carpets for the long-term.

I had a really tough stain and odor situation on an area rug in my kid's room. I used my home carpet cleaner a couple times and the stain/smell just laughed at my effort. I called Patrick Family Chem Dry and spoke to Dave--he asked about the material and type of stain and said they could try! They did better than try--the stain is gone and the whole rug looks better and smells great. I am so impressed. The cost was much less than having to replace the rug. Thanks Dave!

I cannot say enough about Robert and the Patrick family Chem dry carpet business. Professional, kind, on time, lovely to deal with and very reasonably priced. We had a large red wine stain on white carpet over the holidays and yiu cant even tell!. My old chem dry franchise retired and this was my first time with the Patrick family. They are so great, I almost() hope I spill something so that they can come out again You will not be disappointed by Chen dry, and the Patricknfamiky. 5 + stars!

Patrick Family Chem-Dry is my go to company for furniture (and mattress) cleaning. Will not use anyone else. Always courteous with phone calls, and very prompt in scheduling. Technicians show up at appointment time, and pay strict attention to details on the furniture (pillows, skirting, arm covers). The results are always amazing! Prices are fair and they often offer discounts through mailers. Love this small, local, family run business.

Beginning with Teresa Patrick setting up the appointment asap for me, as we had water intrusion in our office saturating the carpets, to husband Dave and crew shopping up quickly with a smile and a great personality, these folks are the best. They got the stains out and it smelled clean for days after. Dont take your chances with internet companies controlled from out of the area with cheap or teaser rates. This is a home town family business that caters to your needs and does the job right the first time. The best!

We cant rave enough about Patrick family Chem Dry carpet cleaning services. Our wall to wall wool carpets are 20 plus years old that have seen better days. Dave and Bob were right on time and did a perfect job. They removed all the stains and made our carpets sparkling clean all at great price. You wont regret hiring Patrick family Chen Dry.

Have had our rugs cleaned before with the steam cleaning method. Had a spot on our rug which two other rug cleaners could not remove so decided to try the chem-dry system. Also knew from past experience that chem-dry does dry much faster which husband likes. The cost is more BUT the spot is gone! Permanently? Time will tell but I'm optimistic. They are detail oriented and place either foam or plastic barriers between the rug and metal furniture legs to avoid rust stains. Very pleasant experience.

Had the unfortunate experience of having a Tom turkey flying thru my front window and bleeding on my carpeting. No other Co. Could have removed the blood stains the way Patrick Chem-Dry did. Very Professional. Certainly more ethical than ( Costco - Ameriprise Insurance Co. That denied the claim, because it was a bird related incident! )
