Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method deeply cleans carpets by lifting embedded dirt and allergens. Using 80% less water than steam cleaning, we ensure rapid drying within hours while preserving carpet longevity. The process removes non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mite matter, creating healthier indoor environments for homes and businesses.

P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets urine crystals at a molecular level using specialized solutions and UV detection. This two-step process breaks down odor sources in carpets and subfloors, eliminating smells permanently rather than masking them. Effective for both recent accidents and long-standing stains in residential and commercial settings.

Our four-step granite renewal process includes deep cleaning, residue removal, sealing, and polishing. Non-abrasive solutions safely restore shine while protecting surfaces from future stains. The quick-drying sealant creates a protective barrier that resists spills and maintains granite's natural luster in kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces.

Mark showed up on time, explained the process in detail and got the job done within 2 hours. He was very professional and friendly. The final result of the clean carpet was excellent as he went out of his way to specifically treat problem areas in the carpet. He gave advice as to how to maintain a cleaner carpet with spot removal and odor protection. We have used this service before and will continue to use this service in the future.

Our carpets look great. Mark explained everything well and gave some advice for removing stains in the future.

My experience with Mark was fantastic. He was informative, knowledgeable, and experienced. We had a setback with our initial carpet cleaning- I called Mark and he was over the same day we spoke (if it was up to him he would have been there the moment I called). He came back and helped remedy the issue. Mark cares about the bottom line and that is customer satisfaction through awesome work. 10/5 stars. I would recommend M & M chem dry for your carpet cleaning needs.

We have used M&M ChemDry since 2009. Mark is always very friendly, professional and thorough. He effectively deals with issues needing attention and is happy to share from his wealth of knowledge for the customer's benefit. The carpet cleaning solution is chemical free and the system removes dirt without soaking through the carpet backing and pad. I highly recommend them!

Good service and wonderful results. Mark has been here numerous times since 2011 and has kept our "older" carpets looking great. Waited too long since last cleaning and had several very bad stains, but Mark worked a miracle on them. So very pleased with results. Recommend without hesitation! Mark came out today and cleaned my uncle's father's carpet and did a great job. He removed spots we never thought would come out. Highly recommend, he was polite and professional.

The carpet in our rec. room is over 30 years old. We were going to remove it but it had been glued to the concrete floor. It had also been "blessed" by our dog and even though I had tried DIY treatments on hot humid days you could still smell his blessings. Thankfully, M&M was able to treat the carpet and as you can see from the pictures, it looks brand new! Even over the high traffic area! I would definitely recommend them!

The process to get my carpets cleaned was exceptionally easy, from start to finish! My call was promptly returned, and the owner really worked with my schedule to ensure I could have the job done. He explained everything in great detail, and was helpful with other suggestions/solutions. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would recommend/use M&M again! Thanks!

The Owner does a very good job cleaning the carpets. He took longer than we thought but we had a tough job. New puppy in the house and he got most of the stains up and only a few that you can see very faintly.

We have used many different Floor Cleaning Services. Had our Mother's carpets cleaned. The carpets were very overall dirty. The price was right and the carpets haven't looked this good in years. Mark and Mary will work with you to give you the best experience. Very happy Customers.

Professional, knowledgeable and very affordable. Priovided great customer service. Both my parents and sister had Mark clean carpets in the past 2 months. We were all very pleased with the results. Our carpets are completely refreshed. Thx to Mark!

I thought our carpets in the hallway and in our study were ruined. Mark came in and cleaned them and they look like brand new carpet. Great job.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provide by M&M Chem Dry. We had them clean and sanitize 2 mattresses for us. One of the mattresses had been in storage for almost 5 yrs and was not wrapped, and had a blood stain on it. M&M was able to get 70% of the stain removed and did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing it. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a week's time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it. He then got his equipment and went straight to work.

He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!

Very courteous! On time for appointment! Explained the entire process bout the carpet cleaning! Would have him back when necessary!

My carpets were cleaned to perfection with detailed recommendations for optimum care. I highly recommend this cleaning service.

I had a pet-related incident, and needed same-day carpet cleaning. M&M Chem Dry was able to come out the same day. Mark showed up right on time, explained the process as he cleaned the carpet, and was finished right on time. The carpet looks amazing! I'm definitely using their services in the future.

Mark was efficient and informative, gave me tips on how to maintain my carpet and made it look like new. I lived here for 3 years and this is the first time I had my carpet cleaned. Definitely use M&M again.

Mark did a great job of removing the severe pet urine odor that greeted us when we returned from a ten day vacation. The carpet and the furniture both look great and I appreciated his explanation of the processes he used as well as the work he did. Becky Rishel

Excellent service! Mark worked his magic on the furniture and carpet! I will definitely recommend M&M Chemdry to everyone! Thanks Mark for the great service!

Mr. Minnich arrived on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner. Care was taken to protect the furniture and the carpet looked really nice and clean. Special effort may have been necessary to complete the stairs and walk-through area of the living room. They looked great and my wife and I were very satisfied. We will tell our friends of the excellent work done by M&M Chem-Dry.
