Home Inspections
Our comprehensive home inspections evaluate structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance functionality. We identify defects and provide detailed recommendations to support informed buying or selling decisions. Clients receive same-day reports with photos and actionable insights.
Radon Inspection
We conduct EPA-approved radon inspections using continuous monitoring for 48+ hours. This detects odorless, dangerous radon levels in homes, ensuring safety compliance. Results are included in detailed reports with mitigation guidance if elevated levels are found.
Termite Inspection
Our WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) inspections identify termites, carpenter ants, and wood-boring beetles. We examine interior/exterior structures for damage and provide treatment recommendations. This service is available in most service areas except Tennessee.
Thermal Leak Detection
Using infrared imaging, we detect hidden moisture, insulation gaps, and energy losses in walls and ceilings. This non-invasive scan helps prevent costly damage and improves home energy efficiency through targeted repairs.
Water Quality Testing
We test water for contaminants including coliform, E. coli, lead, and nitrates. Laboratory-certified results compare to national standards, ensuring safety for drinking and household use. Reports are issued within 7-10 business days.

Our inspection was very thorough and the report was easy to read. But the main reason for the 5 stars was the customer service. Sabrina, Geremy, and Lenny were all wonderful to work with. We had a really short deadline due to our realty contract and they made sure the inspections were completed in time. We went with the Advance Home Inspection Package and it had everything we needed for our mortgage loan and everything we wanted for piece of mind.

Geremey was professional and knowledgable. He took the time to walk us through all of his findings, even pointing out small things that wouldn't necessarily make his report, but he thought we should be aware of. We appreciated his thoroughness, and our detailed report was delivered ahead of schedule.

A trusted friend suggested Ellingwood Pro after we asked who conducted the inspection of their home. We are so happy and satisfied that we followed up. The process for booking was easy to do online. Their website is by far the best amongst all the home inspector sites we saw if they even had a site. We called Ellingwood Pro before booking to ask a few questions and they responded very quickly. Geremey, our inspector, was thorough and knowledgeable. He never rushed through our questions and most importantly, he didn't talk down to us. He gave us so much insight into our upcoming, new home. We highly recommend this company.

Geremy completed the inspection on a home my husband and I were interested in purchasing. Prior to our inspection, he had good communication and asked if we had any specific concerns. During the walk through with him he explained everything to us in detail. His reports are also easy to read and will be a good to do list for us, even includes pictures. I recommend his service.
