Jack was really great! He was very quick to respond. He called me back within an hour of my inquiry and was able to come first thing in the morning for a diagnostic and quote. I had several issues that needed repair and he was able to get it all done the next day!
I didn't shop around for quotes because I was more concerned about getting the work finished ASAP but I felt the pricing was very fair, especially after seeing how intentive the work was. Highly recommend!

Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad LLC scheduled my appointment for Monday 2/24/2025 between 8 - 10 am . Well he arrived at my house at 8am and he checked my water heater, then he told my daughter in law that the heater wires were all burned, he then advised her that he would have to buy a heater and he would install it for me. My total cost was $1204.00 for everything. He went pick up a heater came back and installed it. I was so happy cause now we have hot water. We were out of hot water since Friday 2/21/2025. I would refer Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad to anyone. Excellent service, friendly and job well done thank you very much.

Jack and Matt was really awesome they explained what needs to be done and gave me estimate on jetting and my toilet . I highly recommend this company ! My parents had a plumbing issue in their apartment that led to a leak in a neighbors home that couldve caused significant damage but the men at Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad came out late on a Friday evening to assess the problem and came right back early Saturday morning to fix it right away!
