Dean has come to our home a couple times now to fix various issues. He always gets the job done, and in a timely manner. When there was a mysterious odor coming from our toilet, we werent sure if it was the toilet seat (an easier, cheaper fix) or if there was an issue with the flooring around the base of the toilet (definitely a more expensive fix). He could have easily started with the tougher fix and charged more, but instead he told us he would start with the easier thing first and take it from there. We definitely feel we can trust him, which can be hard to find.

Travis came out and I explained the problem to him. He immediately took the time to investigate potential causes for the issue. When the time came to look a little deeper for a solution, he experimented to find a way to fix our problem that other plumbers we hired werent able to think of. He was also extremely personable and gave a fair price for the work. Definitely will call him again for our plumbing needs. Thank you!

All of our drains/toilets all of the sudden backed up today. Called Rooter Man and they sent Robert over within an hour. Ended up being quite complicated to find access to our pipe due to a renovation we had done. Robert worked really hard, found the pipe in our yard, dug out a big hole, cleaned out the pipes, replaced the dirt and sod and we can hardly tell he was here. Fantastic service, great guy, professional and a very fair price. I would highly recommend these folks!!

I called late afternoon about a plumbing leak in our wall. Travis came right out and was able to locate the damaged pipe and replace that section so that we did not have even further damage done. Very courteous and professional also took time to show and explain the problem and how he was repairing it.

update: I had another issue -- needed a new washer hookup. Not too crazy. They came out a few days later to take a look, gave me an estimate on the spot, and were able to come out the next morning to do the work. It looks fantastic, saved me literally a thousand bucks. I'm still VERY happy with their work and working with them.

Nathan responded very quickly to repair the services that needed to be done say my residence. Nathan was very friendly and had great customer service. My roommate and I are walking back from the mailbox and I see Traviss work vehicle. On the spot he has a business card and informs me the issue with the garbage disposal is fixable and I can make an appointment as soon as today and he could be over to fix it, l called and made the appointment to which he showed up fairly quickly ! Professional and always ready to teach he shows us how to avoid this issue in the future. Super happy and I believe Travis was heaven sent because he wasnt aware as to how stressful this had been on us and not being able to really use the sink. Thank you SO MUCH! Will be recommending for sure !

Technician Travis was at my door within 15 mins and he quickly found the problem. He was able to snake the sewer line under the house and clear the small roots and clog in short order. Professional, friendly, helpful and speedy! Alex was our service technician and was fantastic. Helped us install a new garbage disposal and faucet and walked us through all the features. Quoted a fair price for quality work before he started, disposed of all the old parts, cleaned up the work and didn't even wake up the kids who were napping.
