We recently completed a major renovation with Sheiner Construction, including a total remodel of our kitchen, guest bathroom, master bathroom, and installation of hardwood flooring throughout one half of our home. The team completed the work in a timely, yet meticulous, fashion. Idan worked with us through every step of the process, accompanying us to choose various materials and remaining close at hand to answer any questions we might have. Bobbys team was exceptionally responsive. They worked diligently throughout, often putting in 10 to 11 hour days. Their attention to detail was especially noteworthy. Living in the midst of an expansive construction project is always a challenge, but the team did everything within their power to minimize disruptions. They brought joy to our home, as they demonstrated pride and enjoyment in their work. The finished product is everything we hoped for. We give Sheiner Construction an A++!

We hired Idan and his team to completely remodel our newly purchased all-original house with a very tight timeline. I not only wanted the house completely redone in 8 weeks, but I wanted high quality work and design advice. Idan brought in a professional team to get the job done right. Didi and his team were great. They helped us navigate a long and complicated permitting process with the city. Didi was very communicative and always had a positive attitude. It's clear they are really passionate about making their clients happy. Hiccups with these projects do arise but this is a great team to support you through your building process. We are very happy with the end result. Didi continues to be helpful when home issues arise and has a team of great people who can help.

Didi came to my house, to give me an estimate for a detached ADU, he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I loved that he did not try to push prices up by upselling, he actually asked me for my budget and gave great advice on things that we could do to get a better ADU and stay within that budget. I will highly recommend this company.

My wife and I recently used Sheiner Construction for a full bathroom remodel in our San Diego rental. First we worked with Didi (who was awesome!), they helped us visualize exactly what we wanted for our new bathroom, especially the tub-to-shower conversion. Overall Sheiner Construction was key to us getting this remodel done in a timely manner by getting us all the necessary permits for our project.
As for the actual renovation part... flawless... Alex and his team were very careful moving in and out of our rental minding our Livingroom furniture and floors making sure to properly protect everything during the initial setup.
We would definitely use Sheiner Construction again, Thank you Didi and Joseph and Alex!

Sheiner Construction remodeled our guest bathroom. We first met with Didi for the design. He helped us pick out finished materiel like tile, and all of the fixtures on pictures we'd like. When the quote was more than we had hoped, he helped us find other alternatives to fit our budget, but still look great! Didi & Joseph were very responsive and understanding throughout the project. Everything looks great and we are so happy with our bathroom! When we had an issue with the lighting after the completion of the project, they came and fixed it for us. Thank you so much!

IM POSTING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE Sheiner Construction performed a great job with my kitchen renovation and flooring, when we bought the condo it was really old so we decided to get a contractor/company who we can talk to and express our ideas along with his experience and it worked great. Didi the with Sheiner Construction (one of 2 brothers) worked with us at every step and got the job done in a timely manner and with professionalism even though we are a bit old and slow lol jk, I give Didi and his crew 2 thumbs up because I am happy and satisfied with my kitchen renovation work. We contacted Sheiner Construction to remodel our guest and master bathrooms. From the first visit, we felt they were different from other contractors we met with. They came out both, Joseph and Didi to look through our bathrooms and they brought very good ideas on how to best remodel them. We felt they were genuine with their ideas and were not just trying to get a quote, but rather wanted to do things the right way. Because of their original ideas and attention to our feedback, we decided to go with them.
Didi was our project manager and he is amazing. He gave many great recommendations for where to buy our finished materials, and even came out with us when we were confused (it happens! haha) which helped us save both time and money. When the project started, he gave us regular updates and was always available to answer our questions whenever we called or texted him. The project had a few unforeseen circumstances, like most renovations. However, we felt Didi was always on our side and very understanding. He helped us fix these issues immediately with no pushback. Didi's attitude throughout the whole project was so positive, and it really helped relieve all the stress we had. As a first-time homebuyer, their willingness to make things perfect for us was huge.

I hired Didi with Sheiner Construction to do a complete remodel of my kitchen. What can I say, my kitchen came out amazing! Everyone who has seen it says it looks like the ones they see done on magazine. My kitchen not only looks good but also is amazing quality. Didi was my Project Manager and he was always responsive to any concerns or questions that I had. All issues were addressed immediately. He made sure we were happy with our kitchen. There were no hidden charges and everything was delivered as promised and on budget. They are my go-to company for all future projects now.

We hired Sheiner Construction to remodel our guest bathroom. We looked at a couple of other contractors, but we liked the service we got with Sheiner Construction and the team. Didi and Joseph, our Project Managers, were awesome! Right from the start, they were giving us ideas and walked us through the process. Didi took multiple trips with us to the tile place to pick out tile. They were not pushy at all and were very sincere in wanting us to be happy with our selections (hence the multiple trips). Didi guided us through the rest of the purchases and gave us feedback on what would work or not and what they needed to install. They knew we needed to have the bathroom done in time for a welcome home party at the house and they completed the project ahead of time! Their work crew and foreman were very professional and polite. At the end of the project he ask you to inspect the work and point out any issues there may be. They never once made us feel like we were asking too much. Very, very pleasant and professional guys! Couldn't be happier with our choice and our bathroom turned out awesome! Just like the picture I had in my head. :) Didi and Joseph thanks for being excellent. Hope to have you back out to see us again!

Sheiner Construction did a kitchen remodel on my old house. I chose the design and wanted to keep things in line with the rest of the home, but give it a fresh and modern approach. Project manager Didi and the team completed the work from demo to final completion in less than 2 months, and would have been done much sooner except for the kitchen cabinet supply chain issues. Renovating is stressful, but I was in constant contact with Didi, there were no hidden fees that popped up other than upgrades or changes I made, permits were passed with no problem at every step, and issues were resolved and taken seriously when they did arise.
You pay for their expertise, but I found their pricing to be in line with other contractors I considered and I was treated with respect during our consultation and the process which is why I ultimately chose them.

Thoughts of a kitchen remodel can be an intimidating and scary. But, after numerous recommendations from friends, neighbors and reading online reviews I decided to try Sheiner Construction brothers. They have a wonderful attitude with numerous examples to talk about. Didi help me design the kitchen of my dreams. He has an obvious wealth of knowledge and expertise and guided me through the process. After a few design changes, I had my perfect kitchen design. He also show me the best options for quartz and directed me to the best places for granite slabs to choose at a reasonable prices. Finally the cabinet and quartz fabricators and installers were prompt and completed the installations in a timely, efficient and professional manner. They took the time to know us and based the design on our lifestyle, our family's personality and our wishes. They not only dealt in the big picture but also helped us with the details that truly made a difference.
We are truly in love with the final product and could not be happier. If we had to do another kitchen or any other renovation, we would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to anyone.

Well, we are a band and we just recently purchased some studio space if you could call it that. Sheiner came out and gave us a quote we could not pass up and within a week or so, we had new flooring, new drywall, fresh paint, closets and an addition added for a sound proof drum room. Picking a contractor in California is a hard one! Didi, the owner, came by and gave me an estimate for completely building me a new bathroom with plans, started working exactly when they said they would, and charged me what the quote was and got done on time! Didi is extremely responsive, kind and understanding. All his workers are respectful and very nice. Didi helped me through the entire process which made it comfortable and easy. I would recommend Sheiner Construction to everyone. And for any job, the biggest or small. They were awesome.
