Questions
What is soft washing and why is it better for my Tallahassee home?
Soft washing uses low-pressure application of algaecides to safely remove organic growth without damaging surfaces. It's ideal for Tallahassee's climate where algae and mildew thrive, providing longer-lasting results than traditional pressure washing.
How often should I schedule exterior cleaning services?
Most homeowners benefit from annual house washing and concrete cleaning. Roof cleaning is recommended every 3-5 years. Properties near lakes or heavily treed areas may require more frequent maintenance.
How can I get a house washing quote?
Fill out our online form with basic home details. We provide free estimates within 24 hours, with instant approval options available for quick scheduling.
Do you offer commercial pressure washing services?
Yes, we serve commercial properties including storefronts, restaurant areas, and business complexes. Services include concrete cleaning, building washing, and specialized maintenance programs.
Are your technicians insured and certified?
We maintain $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. Our owner holds ISCA certification for solar panel cleaning and has over 13 years of local industry experience.

From our initial contact with this company, from the estimate to the finished product everything went perfect. We scheduled a day, they arrived on time and finished quickly and professionally. If we could give 10 stars we would. In this day when sadly so many companies and people don't keep professionalism and customer service as number one priority, this company does. Once again great job.
