I suspected that we had mold on the wall between our laundry room and master bathroom and I found 1-800 Water Damage on the internet. I left a message for them about our situation and Jason called me back right away, He came over the next morning to check it out. He took three samples of the black mold to send in for analysis, removed all the contaminated wood, sprayed areas of wood that were near the mold with a sealant, and put up thick plastic wrap over the doorways to isolate the mold spores.He placed two huge fans that pulled out moisture and mold spores from the rooms to purify the air. The fans were left in there several days. He was so helpful, professional, and efficient. He talked with my home owner insurance agent and worked with him to get things done quickly. He followed up with me and helped me with any issues that came up with the reconstruction crew until everything was completed and signed off. Hes been doing this a long time and knows his stuff. I couldnt be happier with Jason at 1-800 Water Damage.

Our basement flooded during an electrical storm at night that took our power out and our back-up generator overheated and quit when we needed it most, as we got 4 inches of rain in just over an hour! We had 4 sump pumps without power, so the basement flooded within minutes. Our insurance company called Jason, and he called and came to assess the situation and remove as much water as he could from the saturated floor and carpets. He answered our many questions, assuring us it would be taken care of and be OK, allaying our anxiety. He and Tom removed the carpet and bottom 2 feet of walls. They set up 28 fans, dehumidifiers, and a HEPA filter fan to dry it all out to prevent mold. He moved very fast, but was thorough in his work and kept in touch, so we knew what was going on in every step of the process. Our basement is now dry and ready to rebuild thanks to his timely and professional intervention.

Highly recommend 1-800-WATER DAMAGE. I walked into a my parents home to find flooding on first floor and basement due to backup of sump pump. Jason quickly assessed what needed to be done, approximate timeline, worked closely with our insurance and helped us to manage costs where possible. Also helped us quickly triage with plumber a second backup during cleanup.

Jason from 1-800 Water Damage of North Dakota was very prompt and professional. When others couldnt get back to me for days, Jason was at my home within the hour. Very reassuring and thorough. He calmed our fears and answered my questions. We ultimately decided to go a different route, but would definitely reach out again if we had another issue.
