I was a guest at an event in Tampa, and Shawn, owner of Cool with Empire was a speaker that day, I knew then, even though I was happy with my current service, this was the man I wanted to trust my HVAC with. So I kept asking myself, do I really want to switch, then one day I called Shawn, the rest is history, we are very happy with Cool with Empire, everything about them radiates trust and serve. I Love the way Shawn was up front and honest and his professionalism!!! He made sure I was aware of the real problem vs what another HVAC companies suggested I needed. Very knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain in detail and show u personally what needed to be done!! Shawn and his assistant Dak was Definitely a Blessing to work with.

Shawn was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us in simple terms and helped us understand exactly what was wrong. He took the approach of fixing the problem and not upsell us on what might be wrong. I could tell Shawn is an individual that cares about this craft and helping those who need service. Shawn and Ebony are amazing! They kept me up to date through the process and even when the part did not show up when it was supposed to they still called me and let me know. Once the part came in Shawn came out on 4th of July weekend and still got it fixed for me. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area.

Shawn came not only on Fathers Day to help with my AC unit but came as soon as he got the call. Ive never had service as quick as these guys and Shawn himself. Shawn showed up real quickly when our AC was out for a couple days. He was recommended from a friend and he was able to fit us in when he found out we were without A/C for a couple days. When he came out he was able to get us up and running pretty quickly. He was extremely thorough with his service and repair. Another thing that really made us feel comfortable with him was that he explained exactly what he was doing and was patient with our million of questions. He showed a lot of compassion and patience. Would totally recommend him to anyone.
