This is a follow-up to our experience with Roof Express, which we hired to inspect our roof and provide evidence to our insurance company that it was in good condition. Our insurer had declined to renew our homeowners' policy due to aerial photos that inaccurately represented the state of our roof. We had previously hired another company to inspect our roof and prepare a report, but the appeal based on that report was unsuccessful.

We then hired Roof Express, despite having low expectations after the initial rejection. Habibi conducted a thorough inspection and created a detailed report with precise descriptions and labeled photos. Although we were skeptical, Habibi assured us that the report would convince our insurance company. After submitting the report, we were pleased to find that our second appeal was successful, and our policy renewal was reinstated.

Our interaction with Abu and Habibi, as well as the positive reviews, has led us to decide that we will return to Roof Express when we need to replace our roof.

They went above and beyond to meet my schedule. They brought in a big team to take on this task. It took them 2 days and 1 hour to complete entire job from removing the old roof, dump the materials, installing the new roof and replaced 3 custom skylights. The finish product was done professionally and looks great!!! They also scheduled for an inspection 2 days later. Roof Express got it down to a science. A+++ Service!!!

We had a pleasure of working with Roof Express and Nav to repair our rotting and poorly built chimneys, skylight framing etc and minor roof maintenance.

I reached out to Roof Express to do a roof inspection for our small HOA complex to see if there were any repairs we should do. They were quick to call back and came by to look at the roof. They noted issues which aligned with what we had known from other contractors. Their quote was reasonable and we went with them because they were pragmatic and didn't suggest us the most expensive options. Nav was also responsive and explained the issues to me clearly.

It took a while for the work to get started due to rain but when they did, they quickly finished everything within a day with a big crew and was not disruptive at all. Nav was patient with us through the process as we had operate with HOA red tape and I didn't have to chase him for responses at all.

How fortunate I was to contact Roof Express for my smallish, somewhat quirky roofing job. In the busy season, other larger companies had no real interest in providing a new roof for me. I could just tell. Not so with Roof Express! They gave me prompt, personable, and excellent service for a new roof. And their price was way, way below other estimates. Can't beat that. The best roofing experience I ever had. Mr Habibi was so caring and made several visits after the job was finished.

We contracted with Roof Express to re-roof our leaking lightwell in November 2024 and became repeat customers when we contracted with them to re-roof our worn, flat main roof in March 2025. During initial inspections, Habibi clearly communicated the proposed scope of work and timeline. We appreciated his professionalism and customer-focused (i.e., informative and low-pressure) approach. During the projects, the team arrived on time every morning and completed their work on schedule. We also appreciate the assurances that their warranty covering labor and materials provides. Habibi and team were amazing. They were very responsive, coming out and providing a quote only a day after I first contacted them. The pricing was EXTREMELY competitive.

The team was super hardworking and they completed the job in just two days. It wasn't easy as I live someplace with difficult access and a very steeply pitched roof. It didn't stand in their way and they did an excellent job.

They were also able to help me with replacing a skylight and the surrounding water damaged wood.

I would use roof express again in a heartbeat.

I gave a super 5 stars to NAV and His team who performed a very in time job with permit and with a very reasonable price!!! It is a complex job!!! They are my holidays hero to save the day!

We had a roof leak caused by solar panel installers that did a poor job on my roof after installing panels. The solar company went out of business so I was not able to have them repair the work.
Luckily I found roof express.
They were the only company that told me they did not need to remove my solar panels to have the roofing repaired. As a result of this, their estimate was much smaller than other estimates by around 50%!
They came and did the work in one day and were very efficient and did a very fine job. They provided me with a 3 year warranty.
I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and would hire them again. I hope I dont need their service again, but I would call them first if I did!

Habibi was very professional and helpful in assessing the roof of a house we are remodeling and recommending an honest scope of work to address the areas of concern. We were happy with his prompt proposals and we ended up adding to the scope of work per the owners request.

Naveed Ashrafy [Roof Express] was excellent from his quotation inspection on through his managing his large crew of 6 to 9 men here for a day and a half a whole new batch of shingles and accessory vents etcetera he even shepherded this project through the municipal permits and city building inspections even painting new sheet metal and boards oh, and impeccable cleanup.

Abu and his team were fantastic! From the initial consultation through project completion, Abu proved to be a thoughtful, thorough, professional partner - wonderful with communication and follow-through. The project included a full roof replacement, along with repairing a severe gash and several hairline cracks throughout my ceiling (due to rain leaks). Abu's crew did an excellent job tackling it all! They were also cautious in cleaning-up properly (i.e. ceiling dust internally, roof debris outside). Really appreciate this team. Highly recommend!

Abu is the boss and does the coordinating. Habibi and his team did the physical work. They replaced the whole roof on one of our homes. He was very fast, efficient, reliable and detail oriented. I needed to replace a tar & gravel roof. I rec'd several quotes and appreciated Habibi's professionalism, communication, and straight forward approach. After talking to him and researching modified bitumen, TPO, and tar & gravel, I decided to go with modified bitumen. All the mb estimates were within the same range, with the exception of tar & gravel. In addition, Habibi provided pictures of all the damaged areas with my estimate and then walked me through (via Facetime) after the job was done. He was the reason I went with Roof Express and I hope he is just as responsive should anything ever come up in the future. Thanks so much Habibi! FIVE STARS all around!!
