I have had two experiences with 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. A clogged gutter caused water damage to an area in our finished basement. Since i dont go down often, mold formed in the walls and carpet. The company came promptly when called and was so easy to work with. They kept me posted during the repairs and were great about keeping to a timeline.
Just recently I called Jordan again to check to see if I had a mold problem in my bedroom since my allergies were acting up. He came the next day and gave me a free inspection. More importantly he relieved my mind. I highly recommend calling Jordan for your needs.

Although what started our interactions with this company and Josh were not fun (burst water pipe the 1st time and flooding from a storm the 2nd time), we've had nothing but a great experience working with Josh and his crew. One of their competitors who we contracted to do the rebuild (because 1-800 Water Damage wasn't doing rebuilding in our area) stated they've not seen such a professional job done with mitigation and rip-out as we had. Absolutely recommend them and absolutely will use them again (but hopefully won't have reason to).

I cant say enough good things about 1-800 Water Damage of Southwestern Indiana. The professionalism of Jordan Adams was top notch. When I initially called they were there in under an hour. Jordan had his team member Austin Winters responded immediately to minimize the damage to my home. The work that was performed was top notch. Jordan Adams worked with my insurance company to ensure everything they were doing was being covered. If you are looking for a top notch company to transition you through a claim, look no further. The day started with 9 inches of water in my crawl space. Our sump pump had gone out when we received all the rain. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they responded the same day. They gave me an estimate that was fair and scheduled to start in a couple days after the water was pumped out. Austin was the lead coordinator on my project. He explained everything they were doing. He took pictures of the space and showed me the mold. They did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend this business for anyone who have water and mold in their crawl space.

1-800 Water Damage was phenomenal throughout our project. There were unforseen issues that came up, which is normal in any large project, but all issues were addressed professionally and efficiently. Adam Brockway went out of his way to assure we had everything we wanted and were pleased with our basement. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process and was accessible to reach, even on nights and weekends. The final product, our completely remodeled basement, is phenomenal. We are astounded with the customer service and quality of work we received. We hope that we won't be needing these services anytime in the near future, as this was due to a home insurance claim, but would happy to use their services again if necessary. We would recommend the company, Adam, and his crew to anyone looking to complete a demo or remodel project.

Austin was wonderful to work with. He was extremely careful of my house in every way. He was respectful, efficient and prompt to arrive. He always alerted me when he was on his way and gave me plenty of time to meet him at the house. I cannot say enough about him. He was polite. He was great. He explained everything. He was going to do everything that he had done and told me everything I needed to know.
