I had an issue with my Admiral clothes washer. The technician, Husan, explained all my options for the repair instead of giving me only the most expensive option. He was very courteous and efficient. I prefer working with small businesses like this as the service is better and much more personable. Highly recommend.

Vitaliy repaired my Samsung dryer on July 18th. He has worked on my appliances on one other occasion and is by far the most wonderful technician I have encountered. 5 Star Appliance service is very lucky to have such a wonderful, nice man. David arrived on time and got to work right away. While wrenching on one of my appliances, he shared his knowledge regarding strengths and weaknesses of the most popular appliance brands. Definitely an eye opener.. Labor costs are very reasonable. Before he left I requested a business card magnet. Definitely calling 5star if any other appliance stops working.

I have used Five Star appliance repair twice and both times they responded in a timely fashion, diagnosed the problem and for a fair and reasonable price either recommended the correct course to take. In the first visit they said a repair was not feasible and to replace the old range for a service call fee that was fair for coming out and finding the problem, a broken mother board that was no longer available to replace. The second call they correctly determined that my ice maker needed to be replaced since the heating element had failed and was causing water to run out of the freezer. They found the replacement and installed it again for a fair price. I recommend their fast, fair, honest service for appliance repairs.

Vitality, our technician from 5 Star Appliance Repair, was able to come to our aid quickly and efficiently! My washer stopped mid cycle with a locked door, a load of clothes and full of water. Vitality was able to troubleshoot the problem, get the wet clothes out and quickly determine the probable cause. He had to order the needed part and 3 days later was able to install the part on the same day it arrived. Thank you, Vitality, for being so helpful, honest and upfront about the cost! I highly recommend 5 Star Appliance Repair and will certainly use them again as needed.

Made an appointment online at 7pm for the very next day. The next day 30 minutes before my appointment Technician Michael called letting me know he was en route. He diagnosed my problem ordered the part and installed it the very next day. This was by far the best experience I have had with an appliance repair company. Great communication! On time! Friendly! Michael was excellent. He came the very next day after a Sunday so I was very pleased with that as well.
He was so nice,very personable & competent.
The price to fix my older Whirlpool microwave was expensive but everything is nowadays. It would have cost much more to replace & have it installed above the stove so it was worth the $ to me.
It was my choice to go ahead with the repair..
