Refined Home Services just finished up an exterior remodel with new roof, skylights, siding, windows and more. They were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. They are experts at construction. Their craftsmanship is amazing, pricing is very reasonable, they are honest and also just great people to work with. I can't say enough good things about this company and it's people. I am immediately having them do more work because contractors like this are nearly impossible to find.

We had a roof leak that needed fixing fast, and Refined Home Services came through! They were quick, professional, and did a great job. We've also rented many dumpsters from them during our home renovation, which was super easy. Invoices sent online and easy to pay! Great people, excellent service, and a local company I trust. I cannot say better things about refined home services on the job they did on my house. Whole house had cupped cedar shakes. I figured replacement would be an expensive night mare.
Gino came out and did a walk around took measurements and got me an estimate within 2 days. At a price point that couldnt be beat to strip and reside the whole house in vinyl siding. With making any repairs needed along the way.
His crew showed up and crushed the install. They were done from top to bottom in 5 days. Everything was done perfectly as described and with all the cedar that came off the house my yard was spotless.
Cannot recommend Gino and his crew enough after the open communion, fast turn around, attention to detail, and price point. Highly recommend this company for their skill set and will be using them for any projects moving forward.

We had refined home services build our deck and we couldnt be happier! They did a quality job from start to finish. Keeping the job site clean the whole time, being in the trades myself I am very picky and meticulous with other peoples work. But I couldnt find one thing to complain about. I highly suggest them for any of your home projects.

Best company ever! I contacted refined to replace my roof and build a deck at my house they came right out, got me an estimate the next day and completed the work on time and as promised. Clean up was done throughout the entirety of the project, no nails, no damage, great communication! we are very happy with the service we received, and will be contacting them again in the spring to do the windows and siding!

PROFESSIONAL!! QUALITY!! There is nothing better than a business that stands by their word! Gino made this whole experience seamless. We needed our roof replaced and a skylight removed. Crew showed up at 7:15am and diligently worked until 6:15 pm. Crew was hardworking and knowledgeable. My yard was put back together and cleaned up like it never happened. They did several passes with magnetic roller for nails and several visual passes. They went a step further and Chris came back next day to attend to a chimney related issue that he said he could fix - again kept their word. I give credit where credit is due and Refined Roofing came through. Thank you Refined Roofing!! I will certainly recommend you!!

Summary: The team at Refined Roofing were upfront, professional, transparent, and showed a dedication to delivering a quality product. I would highly recommend the again.
Background: We had a roll roof that was in need of repair (see pic). Due to the pitch of the of the roof the best solution was to put in a rubber roof. The team was able to haul a single 6 mm sheet of rubber material up onto the roof. They set down some extra insulation and then covered the roof with the rubber membraned (see after pic). In addition we had a small shed roof that required re-shingling again the team was professional. They removed hauled away the old roof and installed the new roof. The one item that showed the attention to detail was that after the job was completed they surveyed the surrounding area to ensure there were no stray nails on the ground. This seems like a simple task but I am surprised how many contractors forget this little item. Refined Roofing would be well worth a call if you are looking for a roof.
