I use Elite Air Conditioning for regular maintenance at our business. They are a solid and talented team that always shows an extraordinary attention to detail. Its a pleasure to have them as a reliable partner.
I want to add an update coldest day in December our HVAC stopped Evan was out first thing in the morning and found a wire had broken to the thermostat. Thanks Evan for quick support to our business!

Asked Frank Barbera from Elite Heating and Air Conditioning to give second opinion on AC unit that wasnt cooling. His estimate is much much more reasonable for my situation and Im switching from another company to Elite for all future work!
Repairman was completed today by Frank and Glass. House is cooling again. Really appreciate their work to get this done. Also appreciate service manager, James, for finding the part and bringing me a cooling unit to keep cool until new part arrived.

Evan is the BEST! Last night, I had a real emergency. I have a rental property that has been on the market for a long time and I had a very last-minute showing for 9 oclock this morning. I went to check out my property and it was 93! My AC was totally out, it was Sunday night at 6 pm, and I called six companies before I found elite. Evan came within an hour and was able to fix it. It wasnt even an easy fix. It was a very weird problem and he did it in a pitch black dark! By 1030 last night it was solved and I went there this morning 20 minutes before the realtor arrived and it was a cool 71. Three cheers for Evan!!!! Also, So many companies have an after hours operator that never calls you back or calls you the next day, which is no help for an emergency service, but they literally called back within 10 minutes with a real technician. I will totally use elite again and again!

Our air conditioner went out during one of those weeks in Texas where the temperature hovered around 100 degrees. When we called Elite, and they fit us in as an emergency service visit in their very busy schedule. Their service technician came out that day and diagnosed and fixed a complex problem with the unit quickly. He was professional, nice and very competent. I would highly recommend Elite for any of your HVAC or AC needs.

Desmond came out this morning to perform seasonal maintenance on my air conditioner, and as has always been my experience with technicians from Elite, Desmond arrived on time, explained what he was doing and what his findings were, gave me some practical tips, and left no mess. Extra points for taking away my dirty filter, wearing booties inside without being asked to, and trying to make friends with my barky dog. Thank you Desmond and Elite! Five stars!

We had a water heater leak, and Dakota couldn't have been better. He stayed late the first day to make sure we had water access, then came back first thing the next day to install the new water heater. He was professional and overly polite throughout the entire process, and I'll definitely use Elite in the future for any plumbing or AC issues.

My experiences with Elite Plumbing have always been good. Today was no exception. Damon arrived on time, is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and seems to take personal pride in doing excellent workwhich he did. Madyson, in the office, was terrific at communicating with me and insuring that everyone was always on the same page. I cant close without saying Damon really went the extra mile today to get everything finished in a day.

2 years after install, I have only a few complaints:
1) Emails quoted me for a 3-ton system, but then the quote I signed had a bait-and-switch to a 2.5-ton system.
2) Additionally, my quote included an expensive repair line for "duct work modifications", which did not seem to happen. (The proper strapping and routing of ducts was already to be included with the HVAC installation. But there were no extensions / additions of ducts to my knowledge because they all look like the same ole dusty ducts, just strapped up off the ground. Maybe I'm mistaken here, but either way, the hot room I mentioned during consultation is still hotter than the other rooms.)
Unfortunately I realized this swap and non-work many, many months after installation and didn't bother bringing it up with management since my online "signature" is on the 2.5-ton contract and because I don't even know where to begin with requesting reimbursement for the "duct work" because it was bundled with insulation. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but from what I understand, the salesperson I originally worked with is no longer with the company.
3) Although technicians have seemed unhurried in answering my questions, maybe not all are great at critical thinking around my thermostat's inaccurate temperature displays. *** I have been told that the thermostat absolutely cannot be wrong in temperature readings (nevermind that it is an electronic device dependent on correct circuitry and a slew of variables other than its location). *** I've also been told that there is no way to calibrate the display temperature to match my thermometers (which turned out to be inaccurate; there is indeed a setting that the homeowner can adjust). *** The inaccurate temperature readings have nothing to do with the "Overcool" feature, but I was served a lesson on the latter anyway. It's all a little frustrating for this engineer, to say the least. If I'm to be generous, perhaps they all just wanted to mark their jobs done and couldn't be bothered to think beyond the scope of the specific task at hand (the coil change, the sealing). *** The only reasonable suggestion was that the readings are expected to be +/- 3 degrees from true temperatures. (!) (This is not the case with my other thermostat, which is always within 1 degree. I wouldn't think it would be the case with this thermostat either, but that's what the company rep said.) Also, technicians might forget to follow-up even if they say they will. Tip: Easiest to call the office to get on the list for a callback / scheduled visit.
So why the 5-star review?
I have called Elite several times this past year to check the pressure (which was low, so refrigerant was added), check the pressure again (which was low again, resulting in replacing the evaporator coil due to a refrigerant leak), and seal up air leakage on the indoor unit. I could have avoided all these calls if (1) the coil hadn't been faulty upon installation and if (2) technicians had been more thorough to begin with, eg considered diagnosing WHY the refrigerant was low at the time (I was told that perhaps it had never been the correct amount when installed), sealing everything properly after replacing the coil.
That said, the customer service end of the company is done well.
- Responsive office / call center.
- Elite has honored their 2-year labor warranty right up until the end of the 24th month without issue. Though now I'm scared of future costs if something like my evap coil is once again discovered to be leaking, and it takes more than one technician / trip to get to the proper diagnosis and solution.
I do believe that Elite has the right intentions and a respectable approach to business from an operations standpoint. They can't totally oversee the conversations had between technicians and clients, unfortunately. I don't regret recommending them to my friends. (Hopefully no more broken parts are discovered.) Just gotta read the fine print on your quote, pay attention to what work you are / are not getting sooner than later, and do a bit of your own homework!

I called Elite when we couldnt get our heater to work and they had a technician out the same day. Sasha was friendly and did a great job troubleshooting the issue, determining that the part was still under warranty, and quoting an accurate price. They showed up on time and did the job quickly. Got our heater working just in time for the freeze! Will definitely use them again when needed.

Professional and Friendly Service, Quality and Affordable
I contacted Elite Air to replace another company. The difference was immediate, the technician was very nice and thorough in mapping our commercial system for maintenance contract. This way I do not have to "guide" every new technician.
We needed our 10 ton RTU replaced, Elite gave us a timely and affordable quite. we contracted the job and it was done quickly and with
professional service.
Gary and Preston are friendly, professional and helpful.
I am happy to use and review Elite Air
