I met some of the Monkey Wrench staff at the Los Angeles Fair at their booth and took advantage of a great special they had at the fair for a Tankless Water Heater Flush. My technician Jonathan did great work in a timely fashion and provided great communication on my work and other questions I had. Will for sure be using Monkey Wrench again when the need arises.

Alex from Monkey Wrench was incredibly helpful getting our AC back up and running the same day he came to look at the problem. We were only without air for a short time because of his ability to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it.
He also helped us understand how to make our HVAC solution more robust and last longer in the coming years, very glad that he was able to come out and inspect the issue.

Had a great experience with the crews from Monkey Wrench Plumbing, HVAC & Electric. The Crew kept me inform regarding their progress. They answer my question and concern and completed the installation in one day. They remove the debris and clean up the areas they were working. Now I have a new tankless water heater. I would give Jose Zaragoza more than 5 stars. Not only did he arrive at the time the app said he would he was able to install the new parts efficiently and in a timely manner. What a relief to have such speed in fixing the issue and now once more we have hot water and a safe water heater, and I now have back a number of hours I thought I would be home to wait. When the electrician we've used for over ten years was unable to help us, he referred us to Monkey Wrench and I'm glad he did. They sent Daniel, who checked our attic wiring for damage, removed a blown out ceiling fixture and installed a new one. He fixed my bathroom sink with a new pipe and the price was very reasonable. He also fixed my kitchen faucet's air filter for free!

Rick was excellent! Explained everything before the job from start to finish so there were no surprises. Prep the place beforehand and didnt leave any mess when they were done. I had a tankless water installed and it was finished within the quoted time. All in all, a great experience, great work and communication.

I really like this company. Super easy to book and appointment. Workers are on time, respectful, bring foot coverings, and best of all are knowledgeable and quick and thorough. I have needed a plumber twice this calendar year and after the first time, I immediately turned to Monkey Wrench again. Rick came out quickly on initial call and quickly diagnosed the water heater needed to be replaced. He made recommendations and showed pictures of previous installs and detailed what the new install for me would be like. We went through options, pricing, warranties, and all aspects of the job. Since he didnt work on the weekend, I was willing to wait until Monday for him to install given his professionalism and details provided rather than having another technician the next day. Alex came with him on install day and both were terrific and did a thorough and terrific job. Install went without a hitch and new tankless is now up and running. Highly recommend Monkey Wrench and especially Rick.
