Jonathan, my locksmith technician was polite, patient & absolutely knowledgeable!!
Its hard to trust any1 these days even when you HAVE called them to come to your home to perform a necessary service you are still unasure as to what the outcome will be. But thankfully all ended well and Jonathan was a very very respectful young man doing the job for which he was called to do and even indulging me in a bit of friendly chatter
He finished the job and got on his way and he executed his assignment beautifully!

Service was impeccable from begging to end. I called early in the am regarding an emergency lockout and the tech Ron was onsite within 1 hour and worked with the timeline I had. Ron detected my keys were working great and did not oversell me with more services I initially thought I required. Turns out my battery was dead, he helped me jump start my car and unlocked the vehicle for me. Great company with perfect communication. Highly recommend!

Called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to fit me in. Speedy service and ample follow up until the locksmith arrived. He was super courteous and professional. Stranded in Brooklyn with my key locked in my car at 9pm, I called Eddie and Sons. Within 30 minutes they sent a locksmith to my location. The man was nice and considerate and gave me a really good deal when he heard I had to drive back to New Jersey that night. It took him less than a minute to pop open my car. I was relieved and thankful and was soon on my way back to New Jersey. Thanks guys for a great service.

I was in Brooklyn after a concert on New years eve. I called a few companies before I called these guys and no one else answered the phone. The technician came a lot faster then I thought he would. The office checked up on me to make sure the technician had contacted me and to make sure he had arrived on time. When Jordan arrived he gave me a fair price to make my key for my 2016 ford explorer after I agreed to pay for the key he was quickly done and I was on my way. After the guy left the office called me back to make sure everything went well with the tech. If it wasn't for these guys my rental car would have surely been towed by the morning. everyone I dealt with when I called this company was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again if I need a locksmith again.
