We had a water leak from 2nd floor bathroom that got all the way to first floor. We called Flood Dry and Konstantine responded quickly and came that night to check the issue and explained the procedure, the fix and how to it all works with insurance. He and his team came quick the next day and dried the area of leak and referred us to a pumbling company to fix the leak. We were able to get this issue fixed real quick and was able to get back to our life. I recommend Flood Dry company

I had a phenomenal experience with them. We had pretty bad water damage. They had five stars in Yelp and Google and that's how we found them. They were thorough and ensured all water damage was properly corrected. Many other companies were not thorough as them. We went with them for reconstruction post drying and they really went above and beyond there too in their workmanship, quality and responsiveness. We had tight timelines and they worked really really hard to meet those! They documented everything and worked directly with insurance. Highly recommend them.

We had a water contingency and found Flooddry via google and yelp. Besides, they are local so wanted to give it a shot. To my pleasant surprise, Constantin from Flooddry responded promptly and explained everything in a very professional way and calmed us. His crew Alex and Kirill were also very prompt and responsible to carry out the entire process. Just wanted to give credit where it is due. This is an awesome professional team and they definitely deserve the stars (and more business).

We had two water leaks this year, unfortunately - one from leaky pipes in our jacuzzi, and another one from a leaky roof.

But luckily, we came across FloodDRY Water Restoration company - who helped us resolve our leak problems quickly and easily.

They came in immediately after we called (on a weekend), assessed the water damage, explained what needs to be done (drying out the water damaged structure in a timely manner is critical, mostly for the house health, but also for insurance coverage), installed the partitions to isolate the work area from the rest of the house, removed the wet rock sheets, installed the powerful equipment for drying and air circulation, left it for a few days, confirmed the low moisture level at the end, and removed the equipment and cleaned up the area.

Konstantin is very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the whole process. He was kind and was always calm and polite. He helped my husband feel less stressed about the whole unexpected damage in the house. He took care of everything and gave us thorough updates and feedback. He worked with our insurance company representatives with such professionalism and dedication. His colleagues who worked on our home were also very kind and helpful. They explained every detail and worked well with us to make sure we were kept in the loop and were able to make choices for the materials to be used. They worked with our schedule of availability, which was very helpful.

Flooddry was a Godsend when the water damage happened. They quickly and efficiently secured the damage area, brought in the necessary equipment and subcontractors (for asbestos abatement) and got my home ready for the needed repair work. Konstantin and his crew were very professional.

We were hosting Thanksgiving dinner when a water pipe started leaking, resulting in water pouring from a recessed light fixture in the ceiling in my daughter's room.

We were concerned about mold and water damage but FloodDRY came to our rescue. Kirill and Alex were prompt, friendly, respectful of our house, and got to work quickly and competently. They set up plastic barriers to protect the workspace and dried the area out over the course of a few days.

When our electrical system tripped a fuse they came right back out to set everything up again and made adjustments so it wouldn't happen again.

Kirill in particular is a strong communicator and I always felt I knew what was going on and what was going to happen next. I highly recommend. I hope this never happens to us again but if it does I would not hesitate to call FloodDRY.

On July 15th I had a toilet supply line break when I was not home. I got home to find the upstairs and downstairs completely flooded. I'm The type that likes to fix things myself. So I got my Shop-Vac out and quickly realized that I was in over my head.
So I got on the phone and called a few companies which couldn't come out for days or weeks. Finally calling flood dry. Konstantin was at my house within an hour and had a crew out there that night cleaning up the mess. They then mitigated all the water damage in a very professional way, being very careful with my personal belongings, wrapping them in bubble wrap and storing them elsewhere in the house. They also dealt with the insurance company. Since then I've had some workers that were less than professional which really makes me appreciate the way flood dry handled it. Highly recommended if you ever have this type of problem!

We can't say enough about how great FloodDRY was, not just in the actual work they did, but also in the way they put us at ease and took care of the whole process from start to finish. We had a leak in our house, and this was our first time dealing with a major issue like this as homeowners, so we were nervous and uncertain about how everything would play out. Konstantin showed up after-hours that first night and explained to us how this would all work, including how they'd help us navigate the insurance process.

It all ended up working out as he'd originally laid it out -- the plumbing, the water mitigation process, the restoration, and the insurance -- with no added stress of having unexpected costs or insurance issues. The work was complete in the timeline they'd said, and everything's looking good as new. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and the communication was great. My shower overflowed at 9pm and i tried calling multiple different companies and floodDry was the only one willing to come out at that time. They did an efficient job, in about an hour they took all the water out of my bathroom, took out the flooring and set their equipment to dry. Overall they did a very good job.
