I had called Universal for a complimentary inspection too look for a possible raccoon in our attic. We had one when we first moved in and were concerned it had come back Jimmy came out and he did a full assessment. He was efficient and professional and we were so happy to find out the raccoon had not come back. There was a previous stain coming through the ceiling and he told us how to handle it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any concerns!

Havent written a review for Universal Pest before, but having had a very positive experience with David today, compels me to say some positive things. First, he could have rescheduled, but he came anyway. Second, when he appeared from under my crawlspace, he tossed out 2 almost whole rolls of plastic that should have been taken and reused by Universal after they did my plastic barrier install. That would have been wasteful! But David took the effort to lug those things from deep under the house to bring them back to Universal for use! Wow! What a great employeesalvaging that material helps to keep everyones cost down! What a conscientious employee! Third, the information he shared with me about what he saw underneath my house finally helps me to keep a necessary eye on a couple of things. I felt like he was the FIRST inspector to really LOOK at my situation thoroughlyand that is what I PAY FOR. Thank you, David!

Scott has been excellent to work with. He is professional, punctual, and thorough with each visit. He takes the time to explain what hes doing and answers any questions, which makes the process easy to understand. We have been a customer of Universal for at least 10+ years. They have always done a great job. There was a little hiccup with scheduling this past month, which was not normal at all. But I understand you can't always be perfect. We finally got serviced today by Jenna and she is wonderful. We have a major ant problem outside and she explained everything she was doing and watched out for our dogs and children's safety. It's so nice to have technicians that work hard and take care doing their job. Wish Jenna could be our regular technician. She's great!

My technician David Shafer exudes professionalism with a touch of warmth and compassion.
By the time I reached out to Universal Pest and Termite, I was overwhelmed and stressed beyond words (from lack of sleep) due to problems with squirrels in my walls.
Other renowned pest companies failed miserably to assist me with this ongoing squirrel issue.
David was so gentle with me. He sat me down and explained the process in a manner that gave me immediate hope. Not only did he and the amazing team seal up all the entry points, David called me as well as came back to my home to make sure those pesky rascals couldn't get back in!
My nightmare has ended and I cant thank that good smelling man -David and his team enough for bringing so much peace back to my mind and home.

Philip is the best! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He truly cares about his clients and is an expert in his field. He goes above and beyond and gives great tips and tricks about pests and other wildlife. Highly recommend this service and youre lucky if you get Philip as your technician.
