We had an electrical emergency at our daughter's home. Kyle arrived promptly and went straight to work. He resolved the issue quickly and had the lights back on in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly and even cleaned up the mess when he was done. The cost for the repair was reasonable as well. We will be using Safe Line for our electrical needs going forward.

Our breaker had tripped and we were unable to reset it. We needed it fixed before the weekend and he was able to come on short notice. Communication was great and he was very polite and respectful. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. He found the issue, explained it to us, and gave us the option to have him fix it or not. Pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we had gotten. Our breaker had gone bad and he was able to replace it in no time at all.
