I had a great first experience with Plumb N Plumber. Ben M and his colleague were on time and very professional and friendly. Provided good information of what to look for to take care of maintenance in the future. They flushed my hot water tank and was worth it for proper maintenance. Will definitively call on them again if the need arises and for regular maintenance.

From the first call with Jennifer, I was comfortable with this company. Jennifer promptly found Andrew and Philip to come over same evening for a gas leak by the washer/dryer because I could not reach the shutoff. I cannot say enough how great these two were. They were polite, personable and truly went above and beyond. They thoroughly inspected the crawlspace below and found another shutoff valve, pointed out some other legitimate plumbing issues and also inspected the 1992 water heater where they found there was a bucket behind it that was overflowing to the outside. We had no idea it was there. I could go on but to shorten it up, they worked up a fair estimate and did not up-sell. To my surprise, they did all of the work (new water heater included)last night, working until 10pm! They never complained and stayed cheery all throughout. They truly cared as if it was their home and family. I am appreciative of all 3 of them and would highly recommend this company.

The whole experience was very good. Came when they said they would, made a quick diagnosis, departed to acquire new disposal, returned promptly, completed removal of old and installation of new in short order. Tested unit and counseled on use of appliance.

These guys are great. They completed a large plumbing project for us replacing the main drain line from our house to the road. It was a messy project but they cleaned everything up and are sending in someone to pressure wash the driveway. This is the only plumber I will call for future projects at our house.

Today Late afternoon needed a plumber to repair a leak in our master bath shower. Called Plumb n Plumber and they responded quickly. Taylor (and Eric) came out within an hour, assessed the problem and were able to do the repairs today. They were efficient, knowledgeable, neat and the cost was reasonable. Id highly recommend them

The Plumb N Plumber(PnP) team were great. We had a "water issue" in the basement and come to find out it was a water tank full replacement. From the time of realization on a Sunday afternoon to our call to PnP, leaving a VM, we received an immediate call back from PnP, Michelle, within an hour.
The next day, Monday 9:00a, they were on the spot, replaced the full tank and pressure valve, assisted cleaning up the water, and finalized the job 100% complete in less than 3 hours. Shout out to Taylor Melton our technician who called throughout the install process to keep us up to date with the progress and resolving any issues.

Garbage disposal leaked and with one call, Taylor and Philip were at my home, within the hour. Same Day Service! They were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They even called a restoration company in order to assess mold damage. They are a small family owned business who warranties thier work for up to a year.
I would use them again for future repairs, in a heartbeat!

We called Plumb N Plumber to look at repairing a pipe leaking in my basement ceiling. The two plumbers that arrived were professional and friendly. They evaluated the leak and also checked my homes water pressure. They quickly identified the leak and also made a recommendation to change out a failing pressure regulator. They provided a quote on the spot. They were able to do the repairs right away and cleaned up after the work was completed. We would definitely use Plumb N Plumber again for future plumbing needs.

Andrew was just fantastic. Showed up in the early part of the time frame. When he and his assistant entered my home they immediately put on shoe covers. Went straight to work and found the issues out in a very timely manner. They fixed all of the issues that were possible for them and have me clear instructions as to what my next moves needed to be. I had a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. I decided not to use Angie's list after having a bad experience last time. I called these guys since I drive by their E.Cherokee location and remembered their name, since it's creative.
Ben came out, super nice, and fixed the leak. It's nice to have company that knows how to do their job. At least, in this instance... I will say, he did try to up-sale me on a new hot water heater, since mine is almost 10 yrs old, but I declined. I don't blame him though, but I'll wait until I actually need one. I guess the question is, would I hire them again? Yes, but hopefully I won't need to.

Andrew and his team were fantastic!!!! They came out to replace our water heater (and also checked on a few other small things for us). He was super thorough and communicative! Probably like most people contacting a plumber, we were feeling stressed and his calm and friendly demeanor put at us at ease. He and his team were super respectful in our home.
