One of the best service companies Ive come across. They answered the phone on the first call, provided a two hour window and followed back up directly with me once they were 30 minutes out.

Mike, the technician who serviced my repair was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in his craft. He not only took the time to do a great job in repairing, but also fine tuned everything to create less stress on the opener overall. He also went above and beyond in explaining to me how I can keep maintenance up by applying grease on the springs in hinges routinely. Mike was very personable and polite in addition to being an absolute professional!

Mike (technician) came in very quickly to my place looked at the issue of my garage door. The spring was broken and he replaced quickly within less than an hour. He explained everything regarding the door mechanism and all of the door parts that can possibly stop the door operation.
He did an excellent job and quick worked. He is friendly person that can easy explain and answer any question related to the door.
I would highly recommend to have the Urgent Garage Doors especially with Mike for fixing any garage door issues.

Absolutely excellent service. My spring died Sunday pm with no warning. Urgent picked up the phone snd sent Danny to look at it within 30 min. Danny was one of the nicest, most patient repair persons Ive ever met. He was transparent and educated me a lot during the repair. I'd use them again in a heartbeat even if it were not an emergency.

David the technician was absolutely unbelievably nice, very informative, and very welcoming when it came to his processes and his knowledge, very kind, quick and let ya know exactly what he was doing while he was doing it.. Made sure everything was locked n loaded and everything was set perfectly before he was done with his tasks.. He didn't just double check, he triple checked just to make sure. I used Yelp to reach out to multiple companies. I was completely overwhelmed as each company contacted me one after the other. When Mike showed up, he was courteous enough to wait until I finished to who I was speaking to. When the other company drove off, Mike told me he would beat any price the other companies gave me if I could give him the work today and he sure did! He explained everything to me well enough for me to understand as Im a new homeowner and didnt know what I was dealing with. Mike was quick and efficient. Let me know how to do proper maintenance as well. Best part is he said if Im having issues, I can call whenever and hell come out as he doesnt live too far from me. Thanks for all your help, Mike!

Mike helped us out in a pinch. We needed our door fixed right away and he came within 40 minutes to come assess the situation and do the repair. He was very polite and professional . We ended up upgrading our garage door system and we are so happy we did so with the discount bundled. The spring on my 2 car garage door broke last night. Today I called a few places, but no one had availability today. I kept looking and stumbled across Urgent Garage Doors (UGD) who had many great reviews. At 4pm, I called and spoke with Steve (the owner I think). He asked me to send him a few pictures and then gave me what I feel was a reasonable quote (having no other quotes to compare to). He said he could have his tech there between 5 & 6pm today. In less than an hour, Mike from UGD showed up and went right to work. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and communicated very well. My single spring was replaced with dual springs as recommended for increased safety. It only took Mike 35 minutes from the time he pulled into my driveway until the time he left. I'm a total do-it-yourself-er, but for the convenience, speed, and price, this was a no brainer. I will keep UGD (and specifically Mike) on speed dial for any future repairs /replacements !!!!

We reached out to urgent garage doors yesterday for a bid and came out today, gave us a price and did the work right then and there. They had a very honest and fair estimate. We had a couple prior bids with just tons of upsells and things that werent necessary driving the bids out of an acceptable range. David was our installer. He showed up on time and installed everything beautifully. He Installed the exterior keypad for the outside as this is for a rental property that we own. He was very professional, friendly , and explained everything.
He even texted us 15 to 20 minutes before arrival so we could head over to the property to meet him which we appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone. Excellent service.
