From the estimate with Sam W., to the cleanup once finished, everything went perfectly! Sam spent time reviewing everything to fit our budget and needs. He was not pushy or like a typical salesman. He really respected boundaries and was not pushy at all. They answered all questions timely and were quick to schedule me. The crew was professional and quick. 5/5 highly recommend. The roofing team was excellent! Very fast and efficient work, kept the yard clean even with a huge mess putting a new roof on can be, everyone from the front office to the men on the roof were extremely professional and friendly! We just had our roof replaced and were very pleased with the professional and knowledgeable team that did the replacement. Todd, the foreman, was very affable and efficient and kept the process moving in a timely manner. The entire team worked extremely hard and were very professional. The roofing team was efficient, careful and clean. None of the plantings around the house got damaged, which was the thing we had been worried about most. Fine-meshed netting was extended down from the edge of the roof and pulled taut, like a half-tent protecting the flower beds that doubled up as a slide for the debris.
Todd R. oversaw the project, clearly explained everything and was really responsive and easy to talk to throughout the day.
By 3 p.m. we had a new roof and it looked great.

My roof was at least 25 yrs old. I freaked out a bit at the prospect of a more active hurricane season predicted for 2024.
Pawcatuck Roof gave me a fast and cost efficient estimate to replace it.
The workers arrived as promised finished the whole job in only one day. The site was thoroughly cleared and it was like they were never there. GREAT work and service!

Brent and his crew showed up right on time and ready to work. They did an excellent job tackling our complicated rooflines. We had them move two skylights which necessitated them working inside too but the cleanup was so meticulous that you’d never know anyone was there. The cleanup outside (after the roof was done) was just as thorough.
The price was good, the customer service was excellent and the job was done to our complete satisfaction.

A month ago, I had Pawcatuck Roofing shingle the roof on my mother's garage in Westerly. The price was more than fair, and the job looked great. They've always had a reputation for doing quality work, and when the job was done, you couldn't find a nail on the ground. They left the job cleaner than a hound's tooth. I was very happy with the job, and would highly recommend them for any job.

I have used Pawcatuck Roofing for two jobs now and both times they have done an outstanding job. The first time was a couple of years ago for a broken tile on our multi-colored slate roof. I was nervous to entrust just anyone with that job because of how delicate the tiles are, but they handled it perfectly. I can’t even tell which one was replaced! This year I bought a house that needed a full roof replacement and a repair made to a tree damaged area, and I knew just who to call. Brent came out and talked to me about the job, I had a quote the next day, and the work was scheduled quickly. The team completed the job in 2 days, and when it was done, the project manager, Sam, called me to go over what was done and see if I had any questions. The roof looks great. Based on their professionalism and experience, you would think their cost would be higher than the competition, but they are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing!

Last week, Pawcatuck Roofing replaced the roof on our house and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome. From the initial contact when they responded promptly and provided their proposal to the completion of the job, Pawcatuck Roofing was professional and responsive to our requests. The work crew showed up early (before 7:30) each day and I was impressed with how quickly the crew got to work and how hard they worked throughout the day. A piece of my siding came down near my roof. I normally use a neighbor who is handyman. He has been promising me since May. It is now September and I finally decided enough was enough. I contacted Pawcatuck Roofing on a Tuesday. Rob came out on Thursday and said it was an easy repair and would schedule it. His Worker came on Friday morning and was done within 30 minutes. Both Rob and his worker were friendly, polite, professional and helpful. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I will recommend them to everyone and will not use anyone else. Totally and completely satisfied.

Pawcatuck Roofing was everything I wanted in a roofing contractor. Reputation for quality which they delivered on. They have been around a long time and will likely continue to be around if I need them in the future. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, and prompt (including after the install when I had follow up questions). They stand behind their work and the manufacturer does as well. And I found their price to be very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. If you are in need of any work on your roof, you should definitely give them a call for a quote.

Brent came right out to give us an estimate for our roof to be reshingled and gutters installed. They provided us with a very fair price. They fit us into their schedule within 2 weeks. Sam and his crew took care to protect our property by covering bushes and using tarps. They were very professional and efficient. They had our house done in one day! They cleaned up so well--not a remnant left behind! We would highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing Company !! Our roof looks amazing and we couldn't be more pleased!

Shingles had stamped right on them ( Miami Dade county approved ) they also have superb fabric water barriers , that was enough for me excellent. Pawtucket roofing called me back every time to get though the process . Now I have many years of living worry free bring on the storms .Thanks to Brent Holland v.p. Noel project manager and all the staff at Pawtucket roofing.I highly recommended this company.
