Great AC company! They listen to your concerns and respond quickly. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything really well and took his time to do the job right. Our A/C stopped working today when it was 106 outside, and with a newborn at home, we needed some quick help.

Mike H. came to the rescue, promptly identifying the issue with our damper. He quickly went to get the necessary part from the warehouse, installed it, and clearly explained each step.

My wife and I greatly appreciated Mike's professionalism and friendly attitude. Thanks to him, our little one will sleep comfortably in a cool room tonight! Highly recommend!

When my 27 year old system finally quit I called Active air. They sent Michael out and he gave me my options quite clearly. Went with a new units and Im thrilled with the final result. Nice cool house in the desert!

Matt came by to assess whether an access panel could be cut into a jetted tub as recommended by a home warranty companys plumber. Matt took a look at the situation and recommended putting in Delta cartridges and doing a good clean. I about fell out over the cost of cartridge replacement; however the faucet hasnt leaked since.

I called to get a second opinion on finding a leak. They sent someone in less than an hour! Ace/Alex showed up, and Im so thankful he was assigned to our home. He was very hospitable, extremely knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to go through the whole house and explained our issue.

The person who answered the phone was also very kind although I forgot his name.

Mike did a great job servicing our air conditioners to make sure that we are ready for the summer. We were impressed with his knowledge and skill.

Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning was very good to work with. They were fairly priced, on time, and very professional. I would refer them to anyone with plumbing or ac needs!!

I am writing a review to praise Active Plumbing but especially the technician sent, Ace. When I called to detail how I was receiving an excessive water bill both the operator and scheduling manager were both aghast at the amount I was charged by the water district and expressed a desire to get this resolved. They reacted as human beings which I truly appreciate.

However it was when Ace arrived that I felt I was truly in good hands. He spent well over six hours at my home walking the entire property and checking every possible water ingress point. When I said I didn't have need for him to check one bathroom he said "I know if I don't check it out I'll be thinking about it tonight." This was a man who cared both about his job, his craft and his level of service. I told him that customer service is a dying art but he certainly should be proud of his. I cannot recommend this company or this plumber enough.

An outstanding Company! Called and spoke to Carl I explained that I had called two companies and no show or calls. He scheduled Shawn who was professional, courteous, informative and friendly. I called for tune up but needed repairs and the price was excellent. I recommend Active Plumbing for all your needs.

Active Plumbing installed a new AC system in our older rental home about a week ago. The previous system was very old and stopped functioning. It was important to have a new system installed before the weather started to get real hot. I wanted to give it at least week before giving a review, in case the system was not performing as anticipated.

In the end, Active Plumbing and Air ended up installing two brand new condensers. The AC is working quite well right now. Wanted to give a shout out to Shawn Williams (Sr. Technician) and his crew. They did a great job installing under difficult circumstances due to how old the home is.

Giving 4 stars since I can't give 4 1/2.

Pros:
1. Crew was mostly on-time, they arrived about half hour late, but was not a huge problem since we were home anyway.

2. Crew was careful not to damage any furniture as they were coming and going in and out the premises.

3. The installed system appears to be working very well right now.

Cons:
1. Crew could have done a little better job cleaning up some of the mess that was left behind. There was some debris that I had to vacuum up later, but it was not too bad.

My water heater started leaking and went out in the afternoon. I of course needed it replaces ASAP. I called Active Plumbing and Tony Emmons came out within an hour. He was very helpfully, guided me through the entire process and pricing. I was also very pleases to find that he could do it today! Tony did a superb and efficient job and was very clean and personable. Thank you Tony and Active Plumbing. I will definitly use you again in the future.

I called Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning based on a referral from a good friend and I am so glad I did. They are AMAZING!!!!

They came out same day to check it out and got the new unit installed ASAP! The prices are extremely competitive too.

A tech came to my house within a couple of hours on a Saturday! TL was the tech and not only he repaired my AC quickly, he also had great customer service. He wore boot covers to get in my house and locked the gate for me before leaving. The price was reasonable, especially for a Saturday call. Thank you!

We are a business and I was able to get YEARS of projects done in one visit. Marko was so professional, kind, and efficient. We had a garbage disposal installed, had our kitchen sink flushed, installed several faucets all at a great price. Justin oversaw the project and together he and Marko took great care of my business. I highly recommend active plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing. Whether for your home or your business know that you will be taken care of.

I honestly cant say enough good things about this company. Last Sunday morning I called them (based on Google reviews) b/c my toilets were not flushing right. They came out an hour after I called and fixed the issue. Unfortunately they learned that my sewer line was all sorts of messed up and needed to be replaced. After getting another quote (which was a lot more $) and getting my homeowners insurance involved (I had coverage thank god), they came back Friday to start the demo of my front yard and finished replacing the pipes today. They even put everything back in my front yard and you wouldnt know any work had been done. Tony was the plumber who did all the work and he was awesome. I will not use another plumber. They were fantastic. 12/10 Highly Recommend

TL was the best guy to repair my AC. He was knowledgeable with all the information for all the questions that I had. He did the job pretty quickly and with good quality. I will definitely recommend him and the company to the other people. Don"t even think twice call them.

Very prompt service; called and a plumber (Marko) arrived within 1 hour! Marko quickly assessed the issue and had it resolved quickly - he even went above and beyond and cleaned up some pipe work that was done by a previous company (unfortunately, we have so many issues with the water). Active is our go-to going forward (although, hopefully we will not need their services too often :D).

Great customer service. They came in to evaluate and next thing you know the next day my new A/C system was installed. Days later I was having floor leaks and apparently the pvc was cracked at the time of installation due to being so old but as soon as I called they came in the next day replaced/fixed it. If you ask they will explain every detail or concerns that you have. Shawn ensures that everything is completed properly and in timely manner. | 100% recommend.

I'm giving these guys a five-star review. They answered our questions, very fair on price and did a nice clean water main replacement. They actually went above and beyond. We put them on our speed dial. You never know when you need a good plumber but eventually you will. Thank you very much

My AC stopped working in the early hours of a 100* June morning in Vegas. I shopped around and got a hold of Active Plumbing and they were able to show up within 45 minutes to inspect. The tech assessed the issue and changed out a few components, high voltage capacitor and a few other things that they had stocked on their truck already. In all, the job was finished within 30 minutes. It was much cheaper than I was expecting, and I signed up for their yearly service to maintain my rooftop AC system and also my water heater and plumbing needs. I had a home warranty, which I just canceled, (basically to service these needs) since I am now using Active Plumbing.

TL was great! Definitely took care of us today and was able to make us as a long term customer. He was very informative, did his thang and was done in 10-15 mins. Definitely recommend them to everybody!

Active Plumbing was amazing. We had called a few places for quotes, but our neighbors had Active Plumbing at their house. The two employees came over while they were waiting to give some free advice and recommended their company. After an outrageous quote from a well known company, I called Active. They called within the hour to set up an appointment. They arrived within a few hours and gave a more accurate diagnosis that would not cause as much damage to our yard and pockets. Billy and his son were helpful, honest and quick. We had our water pipe replaced and trench filled by the evening. Carl was amazing with financing and numbers help and really wanted to get us the best deal possible. It was refreshing to meet real people that understand the gravity of such a costly repair so close to the holidays. Thank you so much Active Plumbing. I will recommend your service to anyone.

Was having a problem with my heater and with it getting really cold, I needed it to be fixed. Found Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning online through reviews and decided to give them a shot. T.L. and Raul came the next day and quickly diagnosed there was a problem with my heat sensor. They fixed it and for a very affordable price. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

I had a major pipe break at my house on a Saturday afternoon, had a great experience with the Active Plumbing Service who showed up quickly and worked into the night to get my repair completed successfully! The whole experience was excellent, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. They are a smaller company in Las Vegas and still have the great work ethic that we all look for in service people, that can be very hard to find in larger companies! I Recommend them highly.

Tony was amazing! He was able to help me with brand new water heater installation the very same day he came out for an estimate. Active Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. As a Realtor who has dealt with many plumbing companies, Active Plumbing is made up of true professionals and I highly recommend them.

Noticed a stream of water from the driveway on Saturday afternoon and traced it back to the hot water heater. Turned off the main water supply. Called the number left on the heater from last time. Josh W. came by a few hours later, implemented a bypass and got the water turned back on in the house. Came back Sunday morning and got hot water flowing back through the house. Between Carl from dispatch, and Josh W. the technician, in less than 24 hours on a weekend, we went from all bad, to all good. Five star review! Thank-you guys! Until next time...
