Chase, Bruce, Frank, and Brooke are super helpful. I've had 2 units repaired and up and running in no time. Infinity AC of Austin will be my first call for air conditioning issues. I got several quotes from other companies and theirs provided best value. They didnt try to over sell. Frank, assisted by Mitchell and Eddy did a great job replacing my equipment in only seven hours. It was just starting to get warm and they had me going just in time. Ours was at the end of its life, and so glad we decided to replace it before it failed. Great team work and polite installation.

Infinity employees-Frank and Chase were very professional. talked to me about what was going to happen with the repairs, very friendly, cleaned up after their work was done., they did a great job. my AC/Heater works so well! so Happy I called this company to get the job done, very detailed on everything we discussed! Really friendly and helpful! Chase came to check on our heater during the cold snap since even the emergency heat setting wouldnt push out warm air. Our heating unit simply wasnt made for outside temps this low so Chase ran to Home Depot to get us plug in heaters to help. So nice! They were able to help us within 24 hours of calling them too which was great.

I had some major heating issues recently and Infinity AC were really quick to respond. Technicians Nick and Frank came by and inspected my heating unit which needed to be completely replaced. They came back two days later and installed the new unit in a shorter time than I was quoted. They were knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. They were really respectful of my space and highly professional. Id recommend this company for any HVAC issues!

Frank and Eddie came to help install new insulation at our house - they came on time, were very efficient, and got the insulation done super quickly! They also made sure to clean up afterwards, leaving no trace of any insulation left in the house.
Not only did they add the insulation, they also stayed a few more hours to help diagnose some other AC problems we were having, which was incredible of them - they found out that we had multiple filters all on the same unit which was really reducing the airflow.
Weve been having issues having good air flow into our upstairs for the past few months which has been tough this summer, but thanks to this team its finally gotten much better!

In the middle of a Texas summer, my thermostat stopped working properly and began blowing hot air. After an inspection, Chase repaired the thermostat - and had cool air blowing again - within a matter of minutes. Happy

Frank and Eddie just came to my house because my air conditioner is leaking. I don't own, I rent, so I have absolutely no control over who they send out here. So, it was pure luck that I ended up with these two gentlemen. They were both wonderful. Frank in particular was very knowledgeable And they were so respectful and kind while they were here.
