Very happy with the services provided by Matt. We had our ice maker replaced and the rubber boot replaced on our front load washer. Matt was very knowledgeable about both appliances and quickly determined what was needed for the repairs. Matt was great to work with, friendly and kept us informed throughout. He even gave suggestions on how to keep the washer boot clean.

I had the Duncan technicians evaluate two washers and one dryer. They quickly identified the issues and clearly explained the available options. Ultimately, we decided not to proceed with repairs, as replacing the machines made more sense. I appreciated how thoroughly they explained and demonstrated the inner workings of the appliances, as well as what to consider when purchasing new ones. Their kindness, professionalism, and prompt service were greatly appreciated.

Justin was my service person. He came and got right to business. He provided clear diagnostics and explained why he thought the problem was X and how he ruled out Y and Z. The prices aren't cheap (as expected for SUB ZERO appliances), but they're straightforward, and importantly, they didn't try to nickel and dime me. I asked him to fix my hood vent and he found that the switch was simply loose, so he tightened it and didn't charge me for it. He even advised holding off on doing maintenence/tune-ups on a couple of fridges because he noticed I was doing a renovation (lots of dust) and advised I should wait until that is done. Some would have happily taken that money and circled back for the cleaning that would be needed again soon after. If you're looking for the cheapest price, look elsewhere, but if you're willing to pay a fair fee for a quality repair you can have confidence in by a trustworthy company, I'd recommend Duncan.

Sean arrived as scheduled and restored our Fisher Paykel washing machine to operational condition. He explained what he was doing, answered our questions, and gave us tips to keep the machine operational for many more years.

The service technician arrived promptly on time. He reviewed the situation and told me that a part needs replacing, but the part is no longer available. He suggested several brands that are reliable, and the design that works best in his opinion, which sounded sensible to me. I am very pleased with his service.

Great company for appliance repair! They were able to come out next-day to take a look at our dryer. Based on the problem I described when scheduling, Justin showed up with a hunch about what was wrong and even came with the necessary parts to fix it on the spot. He had our dryer up and running like new in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service from start to finish!

The compressor on my LG fridge had gone bad and Sean was very honest with me about the cost of repairs. With his advice I decided to buy a new fridge. He could have tried to talk me into just repairing my old fridge but we both agreed that didn't make sense. Its rare that Id say anything good about paying a service charge to not get something done, but Sean came out and was transparent and honest about costs to repair vs replace my machine and gave some experiential recommendations. He gave me information and let me and my wife decide without pressure. If this is the culture Duncan has cultivated in their team Ill be keeping them on roster to call again for any future issues or second opinions.

Called Duncan Home Services this morning to schedule an inspection of my fridge/freezer and they scheduled me same day. Arrived on time and the technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his thoroughness in diagnosing the issue and educating me on next steps I can take to ensure the problem doesn't persist. He didn't try to upsell me on anything at this time as he admitted he didn't want me throwing money at an issue without being 100% confident that was the underlying issue.
Very satisfied with their service and I'll be reaching out to them in the future with any appliance repair needs.

Its too soon to tell if the freezer door was fixed properly. The tech replaced the seal, but the door still doesnt seem like its closing tightly enough to keep frost from forming at the top inside. If it continues to frost up, Im going to call back. Also, the tech said he would level the freezer, which he may have, I wasnt in the room the entire time, but there is a definite difference between the spacing at the top versus the bottom between the two units. That could also because by a sagging floor under these heavy units. Thanks!
