The technicians were at my house on time and they were very professional, took their time to listen to our concerns and they knew very quickly that our LG refrigerator needed a new compressor and condenser. From the technician who diagnosed the problem with our Bosch Microwave/Oven combo—Christian Martin—to the expert technician who came to install the faulty part—Shane Wolcott—our experience was completely stress free. The office staff ordered the needed part right away, and the installation took place within a week’s time. They handled the warranty issue so professionally and efficiently! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. In addition, this company was one of the most honest and trustworthy repair services we have ever experienced in an industry that can sometimes be dishonest. My lg fridge had broke down and I called expert and they was able to come out and help me fix and come up with a solution and was able to getvmy fridge cooling again. My tech Kenny was awesome and was able to get lg to cover the cost of the parts and the part I had to pay was cost effective and didn't break the bank.

Everyone at Expert Appliance was very responsive to our needs. Mitch came earlier Friday and installed the console on my washer in less than 15 minutes. I wished Lowe's would have refer me to Expert Appliance in the first place instead of the other company. The first company was terrible and made us wait 3 weeks and never fixed anything.
