Shane and team responded quickly to replace a 50 gallon water heater and reconfigured a t&p line, rate was extremely competitive. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.
To follow up on another appointment Shane came out within 4 hours to troubleshoot a clogged toilet plus plus a pressure valve on an additional toilet to alleviate a big problem in the future. Very happy customer will definitely reach out again as needed.

Had a toilet flange break and needed to be replaced. Was able to get out to see us within 24 hours. Tate and another gentleman (can’t recall his name) performed the work. Zero complaints. Quality, efficient work at a very reasonable price.

Woke up to a huge water leak in basement, we had initially called Dupree Plumbing and they could not send someone out the same day, we were given Towne Plumbing information , Brett came out was very nice and immediately found the issue, the hot water line had a crack , he was able to replace the pipe. The expansion tank and the prv also needed to be replaced. Brett answered all of our questions and concerns and fixed all the issues. We were only without water for a day. We will definitely call Towne Plumbing again!

The best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Brett came out to diagnose my problem, talked me through the options for repair and was back within two days to fully resolve the issue which included replacing my hot water heater. Bought a new gas stove and needed the gas pipe in the wall adjusted for the stove to position flush against the wall. I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and they had next-day availability, which was a huge plus. I even received a confirmation email, so I knew everything was set. The plumber arrived early and called ahead to ask if it was okay to come sooner – which I appreciated. The job was to adjust the gas line behind the stove so my new stove could sit properly against the wall, and the plumber completed everything quickly and efficiently. Great communication, fast service, and top-notch professionalism. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

We contacted Towne Plumber after coming home to sewage coming out of our toilet and tub on a Sunday evening. They were out the next morning and discovered the toys our toddler had flushed down the toilet. In a few hours, they were able to recover the toys and get our pipes functioning again.
