Green Country Roofing

I recently had to have my roof and gutter system replaced due to a hailstorm. The trim also needed painting and some fascia repair.

As I was searching for a roofing company, I happened to see Green Country Roofing's website. There were several reviews and they were all glowing and positive. Sometimes ratings can be misleading, but in this case I found all the rave reviews to be absolutely true.

I had planned to get three bids, but after my first conversation with Robert Moore, I knew I had found the right company.

Rob is patient, kind, helpful and really goes out of his way to make the process smooth and efficient. I was impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm about roofing and all things related. He presented many options, but I never felt pressured to buy. I was concerned because I had a fast approaching insurance deadline, but Rob handled it like a pro and had the project finished several days before the necessary date. I appreciated his expertise in dealing with my insurance company.

Rob's workers were top notch and completed their work quickly and competently. I was extremely pleased with the end result and have received numerous comments on how nice the roof looks. I highly recommend Green Country Roofing!

This company is the best! Everyone is so friendly & professional! They do such great work. The owner, Robert, is such a nice person. Our church is old & has several issues, & he has so graciously helped us with a lot of those issues. I really appreciate his spirit. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rob Moore. He is the most ethical person I have come across in the construction business. If all you need is a patch, that is what he will advise, instead of trying to sell you a new roof. He has worked on two homes for me so far, and he goes above and beyond to do everything right. He communicates every step of the project and works in a very timely manner. He is hands on. He oversees and works on the projects personally. He searched the entire country’s suppliers to find one bundle of discontinued roof shingles for a patch. He found the last bundle left! I am an attorney and have dealt with many contractors through the years. If only they were all like Rob!

Update: it’s now 4 years later and we just had a big hailstorm. Our cars and our gazebo were damaged. But not our roof! Rob installed the hail resistant shingles, and they worked! Thanks Rob!

I want to expressed that Rob and his wife, went above and beyond in exceeding services with the house insurance. It was a long battle with State Farm, but everything laid out as planned. He is a fighter and will help you and your family in any way to ensure home insurance can help cover your roofing, replacement, gutters, etc. (But don’t guarantee this outcome, cause every insurance company has their own policy). Thank you so much for all that you and your team did to make a beautiful roof to our home! From start to finish, GCR was exceptional! We emailed to get a quote and they called back within 15 minutes. Set appointment day/time for estimate. Rob was running behind but he and Elisha stayed in constant communication as to his ETA.
We were given a fair estimate. We were never hounded after that.
We chose a timeframe for roof replacement and they scheduled within that time frame in accordance with the weather.
They were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up and except for having a beautiful new roof, and their sign in our yard, we’d never know they’d been at our home.
We will recommend them to anyone looking for roof replacement.

I've remodeled several dozen properties over many years and never found a gutter company I would use again....none were horrible but none were amazing. Friends referred me to GCR for gutters on my current project and I reached out, frankly, somewhat reluctantly as I wasn't looking forward to another "ok" experience with gutters; plus the current house has an unusual design (John Duncan Forsythe circa 1939)....which worried me even more.

I'm delighted to pass on that every bit of this experience has been amazing from the initial contacts to the follow up, follow through and right up to the very last conversation. The true test is certainly been the 11.9" of rain we've received so far at my house in November and Im delighted to report all the gutters are working just like they should! Robert shared his vast knowledge to help us determine the best roof in keeping w/our HOA requirements. He sat down with us (more than once) before we committed to his company to help us through the process. He climbed on the roof with the adjuster. Everything he told us about the process was accurate. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would and finished exactly when they said they would (actual temp over 100 degrees). Clean up was over the top. AND the roof and his guidance definitely made us 5 star review customers.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Robert with Green Country Roofing surpassed every expectation I had. We were selling our home and had to replace the roof before closing. Robert came out, had a quote same day. I had a new roof on the house within 2 weeks. Robert kept me up to date with every detail of the process, answered every question I had with the upmost professionalism and honesty. I will NEVER use any other roofing company except Green Country for the rest of my life. Best in the biz in my opinion! Tell all your friends!

Rob did an excellent job! I have had him out a couple times and he is always fair and honest. He works hard and gets the job done right the first time! Elisha from the front office was fantastic in communicating appointment time and when Rob will be arriving. She answered all of my questions I had and put my concerns at ease. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Green Country Roofing for their prompt response and excellent customer service. I contacted several companies since the recent wind storm, and they are the only company that called me back. In fact, they called me less then 30 minutes after I filled out the contact form online. Rob came out and looked at the roof and was honest with me on the assessment, and we agreed that based on my situation I may be better served going a different route for the repairs. Rob was very punctual, followed through on everything in a timely manner and provided a competitive quote.

Specifically, he came out to my house to do the estimate, told me he’d have it to me by end of day… and actually did. Most of the times I’ve needed a quote from a company, they haven’t been nearly as responsive.

Robert (Rob) Moore, owner of Green Country Roofing proved to be a man of the highest integrity. He has an experienced crew, but he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. He was on site during the entire installation of our roof and sent pictures to my phone during the process. He interacted with the insurance adjuster to assure our claim processed accurately for all allowable expenses. He utilized the most up to date computer tools that line up with the insurance claims adjustment process to insure data was compared accurately and we were paid the maximum due to us according to our insurance policy. They did a great job. Worked with our insurance company to get everything approved. Very professional in all aspects from estimating, to showing up on time. Excellent communication throughout, even sent pictures during tear off, and install. Installation was fast and clean. Came back after the install to triple check for any nails or debris, and even repaired a gutter that was not part of the agreement. Would highly recommend.

We are new to Oklahoma. We purchased a home in Broken Arrow that just had gutters on the front of the house. Most of the homes in the Seattle area including our home have gutters to handle the water from all sides of the roof.
