Peak Quality Roofing was a pleasure to work with - they arrived on time during the initial consult, used a drone to gather information, sent a timely and detailed report afterwards to share the scope of the project, along with reasons as to why it would be important to do different levels of repairs and provided different levels of urgency so we could assess our priorities. We were not ready to commit to the most comprehensive package at this time, and they were quick to make adjustments to meet our needs, all the while maintaining utmost professionalism.

When the job was completed, they sent us photos to help us see the work. They also went above and beyond their scope of work to add flashing to the second chimney at no cost, since they already had the materials and wanted to do right by the roof and prevent future water damage. We appreciated that customer-facing gesture and their attention to detail!

Our two minor pieces of recommendation for improvement would be in the payment and communication process just prior to the work day. It took awhile for us to figure out how to process payment due to a system glitch, but eventually we were able to make it happen. Then, when it came time to schedule work on the roof, we had short notice and would have preferred being given more time to alert our tenants that folks would be onsite that day.

Aside from these two things, however, Peak Quality Roofing was a pleasure to work with and we would hire them again for future projects!

They were extremely thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I was highly impressed with their business acumen and overall knowledge. I had several projects going on at once, and they were by far the best contractor I hired. They took the time to walk me through everything and teach me along the way since I was getting a completely new roof. Im incredibly thankful I was referred to them. The finished work came out incredible, and the roof looks amazing.

Very competitive pricing and flexibility with material choices. Results look good. Responsiveness to questions and concern during the job execution was good. Had minor issues after job completion and responded back with fixes quickly. Staffing was an issue and a challenge during the project due to circumstances outside of anyones control, which prolonged completion. However, foreman was super dedicated to pushing through and getting things done.
One recommendation for higher excellence is to better communicate and coordinate with homeowners the day-to-day of all the moving parts ( electrical and other subcontractors, staffing challenges, city inspections etc). Thank you and best of luck.

Peak Quality Roofing did great work fixing our roof's ridge vent in Melrose. They were easy to work with, honest, got the work done within the week we contacted them, and the quality of the work was solid.

Jim and his employees were very professional.and clean up after was great! The skylight removal and reshingled was done perfectly and very fairly priced! Jim kept me updated thru the whole job and was very pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job!
