Heard a rumble, looking out the window saw an avalanche of heavy wet snow crashing down onto my front walk and step. Thankfully no one was standing there at the time. How can this be made safe so no one is at risk to be injured?

Hi , I am Daryn McMann, and I've been installing roofing products for the last 20 years specializing in metal. It's my opinion that the roofing product that Renoteck specializes in is the top roofing product on the market today. I've specialized in the instalation of metal roofing for 20 years, and have also installed other permanent roofs like rubber, aluminum, composite, and asphalt (fiber glass), and nothing compares to the metal Renoteck and my company installed. The metal I installed was a product made in the US, like many of the metal and permanent roofing products, the product Renoteck installs is factory direct cutting out the middle man and is manufactured in Surrey, British Columbia. If you were to need any warranty, there is no worry. Renoteck is a family run business and has been in Calgary for 25 years plus, although this roof is a maintenance-free roof. It has a transferable warranty of 50 years, this roof lasts much longer. I've been to Europe, and the metal roofs there have been on close to 100 years in some places, and the quality is far less than. The way they have their presentation set up, it leaves nothing to question. It explains everything about the roof you could want to know as a customer. The have a perfect breakdown of every section of the roof with exact measurements, giving the customer the exact amount of material used , the different types of material from plumbing vents, to fan vents, to the solar powered ventilation venting system which keeps you attic cooler in the summer cutting you cooling costs down in your home and keeping the condensation out of the attic from the drastic temperature changes from morning to night in the winter. They have the top of the line venting systems. As far as solar power panels to be installed on the roof , the brackets can easily be installed at the time of the installation or down the road. The brackets are mounted and hidden underneath the roofing panels and the solar energy people can easily mount the solar panels afterward. This roofing system has thought of everything, and I would recommend it over any other product on the market today.

I had my shop roof asphalt shigles replaced very early spring. Crew arrived on a snowy morning and had the shingles stripped and new roof on by early afternoon. Organized and precise, very apparent they knew what they were doing.
With over 250mm of rain to date no leaks and now the least of my worries. Our house was done in aluminum and hail has taken its toll. These far more resilient.
Very please with the value and overall experience.

Last year was hit in hail storm, decided to go with metal roof, had a few quotes, reno tech came in at very reasonable price. They gave us a date, they showed up on that date, I needed a couple more snow and ice guards on the roof 10 of them. They did not charge me any extra, the guys that installed the roof, were pleasant . I was very happy with it, decided to get garage done also. I recommend renotech, pavel and his roofers were awesome. Price reasonable, no hidden costs, plus 50 year warranty.

We needed to replace 50 year old cedar shakes on our mansard roof. We chose Renoteck to do the work. They helped us pick out the colour dark brown and the product was iron wood shakes. There was lots of work involved in removing the shakes and the cleaning up of the debris. The crew did an amazing job! From start to finish all went well. Just elevated the look of our house. I had Renoteck out to replace the roof on a mobile home, and was impressed with their service!

At the initial meeting, the sales representative showed up on time, prepared with documents/quote in hand. The pricing seemed reasonable (it wasn't much more than a quote I had received to *repair* the existing roof) and the people were pleasant to deal with.

The previous roof was allowing in a fair amount of water, but since Renoteck replaced it I have not seen moisture coming in. The crew seemed to take their time to ensure the work was done well, and Pavel was great about answering any questions throughout the process.
