The service was fine. However, I was very disappointed when your representative asked me to pay a $75 visit fee. I wish I had known this charging policy earlier when we were setting up the appointment. For your information, it is not the amount that bothers me, it is the fact that it was mentioned at the end of the visit. It was unexpected! Such “gotchas” do not speak well for your company. I would have paid the amount willingly had I known about it. Now I feel I was taken advantage of.

Subsequent to my earlier feedback, Paluska Plumbing contacted me and apologized for not having informed me earlier about the charge for a prospective visit. They acknowledged the miscommunication that happened and graciously refunded my payment. This action clearly demonstrated their wish to be fair to their customers and do the right thing! I appreciate it and applaud them for it. It is rare to see it these days when so many contractors do things that make homeowners/customers regret hiring them. I have left my original remarks untouched so that readers can see how Paluska Plumbing handled my feedback responsibly. Now, instead of a dissatisfied customer in me, they have one who thinks highly of them! I know I would love doing business with them! And I know you will too.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We were able to get on the schedule the same day, which was such a relief. The technician was professional, friendly, and quick to diagnose the issue. They fixed the problem on site, and the price was very reasonable. They’ve also completed multiple jobs at our commercial location, and every experience has been fabulous—knowledgeable, reliable, and always working to code. We highly recommend them!

Mr.Jorge was very kind didn't take him long at all to do my inspection and get the estimates to me. He was respectful of my home as well. Looking foward to doing bussiness. On returning for my schedule appointment Mr.Jorge and his assistant was very respectful of my property. Mr.Jorge cleaned behind himself. They both where kind individuals. They did a great job! 02/24/26 Today Mr.Jorge came out to handle my plumbing concerns. He was on time, very professional, kind and knowledgeable of his job! He respected my property and he's an excellent communicator. I would hire Mr.Cortez for any and every plumbing job I have. Trust me when I tell you Mr.Cortez is your go to for plumbing. After being continually disappointed in plumbing services, I have now found my lifetime plumbing company. David and Jacob were cordial and efficient; working as a team. They were extremely professional and knew exactly what they doing. Estimate was done over text messages and photos. No charge for an estimate. No hard selling or pressure. Saved me $1000. Talked to a very nice representative over the phone on a Saturday. I commend the entirety of this business without exception. Great work!

I've hired these guys twice over the years. I've never seen such happy and confident tradespeople. You can tell the company treats their people right by the work they do. I'll admit, I'm one to complain A LOT, but I can't find a single thing to complain about with Paluska. I would say they set the bar. Pulaski has the best plumbers! Ethan was awesome! professional, polite, & so very kind. Ethan was on time, worked with a sense of urgency, replaced a faucet. & repaired another. He went over his work with me to make sure I was satisfied. The work spaces were left super clean & tidy. He gave me a complete price for approval before he started the work. Great employee partners make great companies.

I normally do not like working with plumbers but this company has a customer for life. Did not try to get me to approve any work that wasn’t needed, and ended up being a bigger job than expected but they got it done quickly and avoided damage to walls, and minimal damage to ceiling to get access to to the pipes. Great company to work with. I can see why they came so highly recommended by the neighborhood.

Paluska Plumbing is amazing. I had my water heater replaced. Starting with Naz who helped me schedule an appointment, she was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The plumbers: Ethan and Cody were professional and so patient explaining things to me so I could understand. They cleaned the area where the water heater is so much that it was cleaner than before they came. It is great I now have a plumbing company I can trust.
