Our service/repair person Seth was outstanding! He was on time and kept me informed of when he would be at our house and very respectful of our property. Very professional staff that did everything that they told us they would do and the job was completed perfectly. We had a leak that needed to be repaired a.s.a.p. and they were able to work us in even though they were booked all week. Highly recommend.
We also used Spartan plumbing to connect our city irrigation system and Manny was also amazing. Both plumbers were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

We had a great experience with Jeremy. Replaced our hot water heater, dishwasher and added filtration for the water. Great guy and very professional, explained everything in detail with competitive prices. Btw he installed the dishwasher for free.

I was traveling out of the country when my wife encountered a problem with the sanutary lines backing up into the shower and toilets. She called me and explained the situation, so I contacted Spartan Plumbing and initially spoke with Crystal. She was very pleasent took all the information needed to schedule a technician and arranged for the appointment.Thomas Grasso was dispatched within a couple of hours and investigated the issue. His expertise within the plumbing trade allowed him to propose several solutions ranging from an economical one to a more robust in-depth choice, with both options being attainable that day to allow immediate use of the bathrooms. Thomas provided an accurate cost proposal and after explaining it and coming to an agreement with me over the phone, he went above and beyond executing his solutions. He was professional, courteous, attentive, and had a pleasant attitude with a sense of humor. The problem was solved and his cleanup afterwards met the highest of standards. Spartan Plumbing should be your first call when a plumbing issue arises. Their Veteran owned business approach and leadedship shows in their team's work ethics. I needed an additional hose spigot installed on the back of my house and called Spartan Plumbing. They came out right away gave me a quote and did the job 2 days later. Konstantin Silin is an amazing Plumber!! After hurricane Ian, he was actually working for a different company and installed my water heater and two toilets. He has since left that company and joined Spartan Plumbing... And I followed HIM!! His installations are done with care and his customer service and expertise are amazing. He is genuine, honest, gives you the facts and then backs it up with his hard work and dedication.

Superb service came out the same day around 2. The home had no water and it was a cold day. I reached out to them around 11 just by looking through Google.

Konstantin did an outstanding job from start to finish. He handled everything professionally, identified the exact cause of the leak, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services like many other companies do.

Another big plus Spartan Plumbing offers free diagnostics, while another company wanted to charge me $350 just to take a look. That alone made Spartan my top choice.

The only issue I faced was with the Spartan finance department during the payment crediting process. At first, they werent very helpful, but Konstantin stepped in, followed up personally, and got everything resolved.

We had been dealing with issues with our water softener for over two months and had three different companies come out without resolving the problem. We had an issue with the connection to our water heater. I tried to fix it myself but it wasn't sealing tightly and had to turn the water off to the house so we were without running water. Dylan was able to get us scheduled today when other companies couldnt fit us in. Texted us to keep us updated on techs arrival. Our tech Isaac was amazing, took care of a running toilet, changed out a shut off valve and assorted projects. Totally professional and work is guaranteed for a year. Really great service Didnt overcharge us or charge us for things we didnt need They care enough to wear shoe coverings to protect your home. Its the little things like this that let a customer know that a company appreciates and respects them. Like giving repair options and fair pricing .
