Commercial projects require organized planning, consistent communication, and practical coordination, and we provide all three through our construction services. From preparing tenant spaces to renovating existing properties or supporting new commercial construction, we manage the work according to the established scope and schedule. An assigned project manager remains involved throughout the project, supported by daily communication and qualified subcontractors. 
A bathroom remodel with us begins by understanding how the room is used and what needs to change. We review existing layouts, storage requirements, finish selections, and construction scope before work starts. Cabinet production is handled in-house to support quality control and timeline coordination. Clear estimates, scheduling, and project management help keep the remodel organized. 
We deliver kitchen remodeling with project-specific planning based on your current space, goals, and required improvements. Whether the need centers on new kitchen cabinets or expands to flooring, surfaces, lighting, fixtures, and layout changes, we coordinate the work within the defined scope. The process covers consultation, estimating and selections, demolition and preparation, installation and finishing, followed by a review of the completed kitchen. 
For new residential or commercial construction, we establish clarity before crews arrive on site. Our approach includes consultation, scope review, estimating, preconstruction planning, scheduling, mobilization, active construction, and final closeout. We coordinate labor, support staff, and qualified subcontractors while maintaining schedule awareness and open communication throughout the build, with one accountable project manager overseeing the work. 
For flooring projects, we focus on both installation and the surrounding finish details. New home projects can include living areas, kitchens, dining spaces, hallways, staircases, and upper landings. Home updates may replace worn or dated materials with more durable, consistent surfaces. Light commercial work addresses interior spaces where wear, scheduling, and functionality require careful coordination. 
Building additions allow us to help commercial and residential clients gain needed space while continuing to use an existing property. We evaluate the current layout, desired use, and practical constraints to establish an appropriate scope and estimate. Pre-construction planning addresses scheduling and logistics, while our project manager directs construction and coordinates the final walkthrough and closeout.

Overall they did a pretty good job. There were a couple minor things that needed to be fixed in the end and they were good about coming back to fix them. They took care of me. Alisha Low in the office was great and was really on top of things and walked me through the process when I had questions. Thank you Alisha as you have been really great to work with.

I had an amazing experience with Sunstar from estimate to completion of project for a remodel of our properties. We had experienced flooding coming from our rooftop deck and stairs within 2 years of our twin home build. We received no accountability or response from the original builder. After claims were denied by insurance due to poor workmanship from original builder and multiple attempts to find and seal the leaks we had to start from scratch to get the job done right. Alex and Sam were great to work with! I appreciate them who helped answer my questions or updating with me of the process. Wanda helped me with the questions on the floorings. The guys who helped install the carpet and LVP flooring did a great job! Gabriel and Bill were great at baseboards and finishing them. I appreciate Bill fixing my grout, installing sink and dishwasher. Gabriel was very careful with painting, he even put back my washer and dryer, very appreciative. Bobby is the guy who installed the cabinets and made sure the stain color matches on wood trims. Thank you all for great job!
