He was, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He saw a possible issue and found a solution. He provided advice to prevent the issue from recurring or becoming worse. They are a professional and considerate company to work with from the front office to the service technicians. John and Shawn in the office are very accommodating with scheduling appointments. We are very happy with the new HVAC system Sala installed two years ago.
Last year mud dobber wasps built a nest in the exhaust pipe for the furnace. The nest fell into the furnace and jammed the exhaust fan. Sala came out, quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. And they didnt charge us for the work because the system was under warranty. Very nice of them.

Ive used Sala Air Conditioning for 15+ years. I dont trust anyone else with my heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend them. Ive used them for routine maintenance, repairs, replacing duct work, and the installation of a new Trane heating and air conditioning unit with duct work. The owners and technicians are beyond fantastic. Polite, knowledgeable, and honest.

Tyler was early, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and advised how to remedy it. While they were here both Tyler and his assistant Diego serviced the HVAC system and made sure it was in good shape for Summer. We appreciate the excellent on-going service Sala has provided to us for almost 20 years.

I had a really great experience with these guys. They were recommended by my neighbor who had used and recommended them up and down the street. Jose came out and thoroughly checked out the system. At the end, all I needed was some cleaning and basic maintenance. There were no tricky gimmics or tricks, and the quoted price was what I paid. It was really like having a friend come over and give you straight answers.

My mom greatly appreciate Matt's service. She contacted him because the control valve of our furnace was not closing properly causing a gas leak. He was able to come on the same day and was very helpful and proactive in looking for ways to help us save money.
