Services
Gutters & Gutter Guards
Heavy rainfall can create significant problems when roof runoff collects around a property's foundation. We address these concerns by installing gutters and downspouts that redirect water away from the house. Our seamless aluminum and copper systems combine practical protection with attractive rooflines. Additional gutter guards help preserve water flow by limiting leaf and debris buildup.
Roof Repair
Our repair process is designed to reduce confusion and unnecessary disruption for homeowners. We begin by assessing roofing damage and discussing suitable solutions, along with realistic expectations for completion. Our crew repairs leaks, replaces affected shingles, and addresses vulnerable areas before problems worsen. We work efficiently, maintain clear communication, and complete repairs with attention to cleanup and quality.
Roof Replacement
Our residential roof replacement services combine decades of roofing experience with an emphasis on honest customer relationships. Established in 1993, we continue to provide careful installations designed for extended durability. We discuss material choices, financing availability, and expected project requirements openly. Homeowners receive reliable workmanship supported by our comprehensive 10-year guarantee on full roof replacements.
Rubber Roofing
At Hackman SmartRoof, we specialize in installing and maintaining rubber roofing systems designed for long-term durability. Our services cover new EPDM installations, membrane repairs, protective coatings, and complete roof replacements. We evaluate existing conditions and explain whether repairs or replacement are necessary. Every recommendation prioritizes dependable leak protection, straightforward guidance, and lasting roofing performance.
Siding Installation
Long-lasting siding requires thoughtful material selection and precise installation. We provide homeowners with durable vinyl options in a broad range of colors and styles, allowing each exterior to reflect individual preferences. Our team delivers detailed workmanship while maintaining reasonable prices and clear expectations. We manage the installation process professionally, from initial assessment to final inspection.

Great communication. Clint came out within a few days of my call and walked our roof (no drones). He explained what he had observed on the roof and showed us samples of the products that they use. He was informative, polite, and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. When the estimate arrived, we felt confident signing with Hackman. I was pleasantly surprised that Clint was at our house the day of the install to go over the details with the crew before they started. It was extremely hot that day but the men worked efficiently and completed the roof in one day. The clean up was great. Our new gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later by two men who specialize in this and they did a great job. Clint came out after the roof and gutters were completed and again walked our roof to make sure that everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Hackman Smart Roof.

Hackman SmartRoof wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive option—it was the right one. From start to finish, our experience was excellent.
Clint, the owner, came out promptly to assess our roof and discuss our needs. He brought large shingle samples to help us choose a color and offered practical advice on popular choices and resale appeal. Once we decided to move forward, the work was scheduled quickly.
The crew arrived on time and worked diligently through the day and into the next morning. Clint called toward the end of the first day to let us know they needed a little more time. The day after completion, he personally inspected the work and picked up any stray nails and materials. That follow-through says a lot.
The roof looks great, and today’s heavy rain reminded me to finally write this review. We’ve already referred a friend who lost shingles in a storm, and Hackman took great care of him, too. When he’s ready for a new roof in the next year or two, Clint can expect another call.

Can't say enough great things about Hackman SmartRoof! I initially called them out for a suspected roof leak, and Clint came by to evaluate the issue. Turns out the roof was functioning appropriately and the leak was coming from a separate and unrelated HVAC issue. While he was here he took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and identified that the ridge vent that was installed on the home by a separate company wasn’t functioning properly, which was affecting the attic ventilation and causing the 2nd floor to feel warmer than it should've been.
Clint explained everything clearly and recommended replacing the ridge vent. Once the work was scheduled, their technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was a pleasure to work with. Since the replacement, we’ve noticed a huge improvement—the temperature on the 2nd floor is significantly more comfortable, even on hot days!
It’s rare to find a company that’s honest, professional, and focused on long-term solutions instead of just short-term fixes. I highly recommend Hackman SmartRoof for any roofing or gutter needs!

I discovered Hackman Smart Roof years ago when Clint was the only person able to find and fix a persistent leak we had on a flat roof at one of our properties. He's always my first call. The job is done right and in a timely fashion. Why go anywhere else?

I had issues with my aluminum siding pulling away from the house and getting stuck along the side of the house during one of our windstorms. I called Marnie who is always pleasant to talk with who got me on the schedule. Indicated it may be a few days, but Clint was here the next day and gave me an estimate. Then I was on the schedule to have it repaired. Within another few days I had the repair team here and fixed it within just a short amount of time. Extremely happy with the services provided. Was not the first time I used Hackman and it will not be the last time I reach out to them for my roofing needs.

We were in search of a roofing company and have had many companies give us an "estimate" BUT even the "Larger Big Named Stores" did not "impress" us and besides pricing they lacked professional customer service! Our roofing specislist ( Clint Huber) took his time to even take photos of our problem area on our roof to be able to help us meet our roofing needs! He was so kind and friendly and had was knowledgeable of the products offered by Hackman Roofing. He even told us that a financing plan may be of assistance to us to meet our needs! How wonderful to find a great company which we will be using in the near future!
