Nick with Ben Franklin Plumbing replaced our Hot Water heater, reverse osmosis, and water softener. Sebastian with Ben Franklin Plumbing is a great technician. Started out with a clogged toilet courtesy of our toddlers which led to a bad toilet and a discovered leak and a bad water heater. Customer service from the on the way text to the clear communication was top notch!

We had a leaky faucet in the downstairs bathroom. Sebastian came in with in the hour of the call and evaluated the situation. Which was not just a leaky faucet, but we also needed a water heater replacement. Sebastian was so thorough and so quick. He came back the next day to installed the new system. He replaced the faucet, the original problem and the service was finished very quickly..

Sebastian Grundseth was the most professional and nicest home service professional I’ve ever dealt with in my 45 years. Our son flushed something down our toilet and it was extremely difficult to pinpoint what was going on. Sebastian found it pulled the toilet and fixed it. He was very honest very professional told us exactly what’s going on and fixed the issue. If it wasn’t for him, we could’ve been taken advantage of. thanks Sebastian for everything you did! Every family has different things and challenges they deal with at home, not having to worry about being taken advantage of and a huge unnecessary repair bill helped is out more then he will ever know. My water heater stopped working on Wednesday morning and I didn't realize that until 7pm that night. I contacted Benjamin Franklin responded and they presponded instantly. We scheduled an appointment over text (which is really cool) for 9 am next morning. Then I realized I got some leaking from my kitchen ceiling (through the light hole) and I freaked out and texted them again. Adam was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked me through shutting the water heater off step by step through a mix of calls and pics. Then Sebastian and Adam showed up on time next morning and did a great job. This will be my to-go place for any plumbing issues too. Also, the price was very reasonable.

I asked Benjamin Franklin Plumber to come and give me a second quotation for a few projects at our home. Nick Gaines, the technician, demonstrated a strong understanding of the plumbing system and what was needed to correct the issues we were experiencing.
I did not inform him of a previous quote from another company. However, Nick gave the appropriate recommendations and best of all a much better quote than the previous plumber.
My entire experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumber was pleasant from the confirmation texts between Tripp and myself, confirming arrival times and product selection of the kitchen faucet, to a text thanking me and asking for a my opinion of their services.
Nick was professional and courteous as well as meticulous in his craft.
I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Chris came out to clean out a drain that was completely clogged. In his opinion he would need to use the hydro jet since it was probably grease and boy was he right. What little bit I saw a greasy black substance it was really nasty. About a week later we had a issue with no water my husband is kinda a handyman but after trying to change the switch on the tank in our store room still no water. I called Benjamin Franklin of the Triad-Chris, he was about to come out the same morning. We had a serious problem now the water tank in the store room was more than 40 years old due to the date written on it and we knew the well pump was more than 6 years since my husband bought it at Lowe's. The pump was checked and the nipple that goes into the water tubing had snapped off at and pump. Chris gave us a estimate of all the work we needed done and we agreed it would be best to have everything replaced with new. Chris and Tim came out the next day prepared to work rain or shine at 9am. They pulled the pump out of the well which was 150 ft I might add. Replaced the pump, tubing, wiring, plastic disk to hold the wiring to the tubing, water tank, 2 water filters (large and med) all new lines in the store room and put in a frost free faucet run out to the backyard. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and the timely manner they completed their work.

The pilot light on our hot water tank went out and Chris came out and took a look at it. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get someone over here and I especially appreciated how well Chris explained everything to me with our wonky setup we have currently and what we needed to have done. My main water line broke and a "river" was flowing across our concrete driveway., tearing up the drive was not an option. Tunneling under was expensive and put the line in danger of tree roots again.
Chris came to offer options and had a great idea to run a new line around the driveway and connect at a new place under the house. 811 came to mark the utility lines and I "freaked out". The new line would cross the utility lines in several places!
I called Chris to cancel and he assured me he could do it by hand digging where needed. A crew showed up 30 min earlier than planned and 8 1/2 hrs later we had water and no cables cut...they put down grass seed and Chris came back 3 days later to check on the work and put down straw.
They are not the cheapest but none of the estimates were "cheap".
If you want a guaranteed quality repair you get what you pay for and I highly recommend them.

Chris Freeman not only fixed our kitchen sink and the plumbing but went out of his way to ensure everything was done to our standards. He even fixed our outside faucet which we didn’t mention until he had got here however, he did replace and fix it properly. We asked about a veterans discount and his company honored that as well. You can’t get better service these days anywhere and look forward to using him in the future. Thanks Chris!!

I had my small home re-piped to replace all the old polybutelyne pipes which had been recalled many years ago. Chris spent a lot of time evaluating every aspect of the existing plumbing and gave me a great quote for the work. We set up an appointment to do the work and Chris showed up right on time that morning, and had the entire house re-piped before 5:00 pm, including replacing the tub and shower faucet, spout and head.

I had about 4-5 inches of water in my basement. I needed a new sump pump. Not only did they come the same day I called, but my sump pump was installed the same day. Ryan was friendly, answered every question/concern I had. And, the price was nice. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Corey was professional in every aspect of his service call. He politely introduced himself and took the time to explain how to light the gas fireplace in a way that did not make me feel foolish. It was my first time ever lighting or using a gas fireplace and I did not the house to explode!
He checked the hot water heater that feeds hot water to the baseboards and checked the gas powered hot water heater that supplies hot water for dishes, laundry and showers.
Corey explained that the hot water heater was four years old and that it is recommended that the tank be purged (emptied) every year to extend the life of the tank.
Based on his recommendation and the offer to waive the $79.00 service call fee, I gave him the go-ahead to empty the water tank.
We discussed a major project to re-plumb the whole house (it has been jury-rigged over the past 60+ years) and he said that he would rather have his manager come around (no charge) to give a better, more experienced estimate for such a large project.
I strongly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and I will probably call on their service next summer for the whole-house re-plumb.
