Dealing with this company to have our staircase constructed was a challenging experience. Because to Covid, we had to continually postponing the completion of this project. The installer made a number of significant mistakes, the quality of the job was not adequate, and work had to be redone, which caused the length of the project to continue on for much longer than what we were told. We were inconveniencing numerous times with this installation. This is one business that I will never, ever recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased by the service & the installation on our stair railing. Alan was on time & was really fast with doing the measurements & got the proposal the same day. I told him I wanted something very simple & he was able to work with my budget. Tina, the GM, came by a few days later and gave me some options that I had for the design of the stair railing. She also went through the paper work with me for me to sign.

And she gave my boys some wooden cars that is made for a non-profit organization that NV Stairs donates to. It was very kind! Our installer and finisher did an amazing job on the stair railing. I'm very happy with it & now feel safe with a railing on our stair well. I will be recommending NV stairs to anyone who needs this kind of work in their home!

Nevada Stairs designed and installed our staircase in a timely manner with high attention to detail. The designer, Tina, spent time with us to determine what we wanted and suggested designs that would fulfill our vision. She carefully measured the stairs and listened to us. The installer, Alex, worked diligently to install the stair caps and spindles so that the end result was that of a master craftsman. Covid protocols were enforced. We are delighted with the end result. We highly recommend Nevada Stairs.
