Eric is un professional and extremely unhelpful. I have a jandy aqua pure salt cell that is supposedly three months old that was already replaced under warranty once. I have had a few conversations about this and always get the run around about what work was actually done and what is/isn't covered under warranty. Even told them the salt board was showing an error code stating low current to the cell and still nothing, was just told to clean it.
I sent a picture where the DC chord has completely corroded and again only three months old. I can't get any help from anyone at this company on this issue. I would not recommend working with this company for a build or anything long term.

All of our dealings with with James Butler and his crew at Olympic Pool and Spa have been Great. He always responded to my communications promptly. He is very knowledgeable and the work looks amazing. We are thrilled! Before hiring Olympic for major renovation work, we were provided with references. We had a serious problem caused by another contractor. Several contractors told us there was no fixing it, and that we would have to tear out the inground pool and replace it all. However, James explained exactly what could be done and quoted it.
All of his references said he is a genius, and that we would never regret hiring him and his crew. They were correct. Our story ended with a "happily ever after". Thru it all, they have always been very professional. This was a few years ago and our pool is still Perfect! P.S. I posted this exact same review on Yelp
