I've been within the construction/building industry since 1982. I have built homes from top to bottom and completed several remodels throughout the years. As I became older the labor part of construction became harder on my body. I have performed over 4500 home inspections since 1999.

Report

I will provide you with a comprehensive on-site computer generated report with photos. Also included is a WDO/WDI (wood destroying organisms or insects) report, sometimes called a termite or pest & dry rot report. Your report is handed to you at the end of the inspection in a binder along with other information and helpful tips regarding your future home.
