I'm not sure how decorated this architect is but Im certain that shew deserves all of the accolades that her industry offers. I first fell in love with her designs over a decade ago and as retirement approaches and we have to settle down I can't find anyones designs that conjure up such love in me as hers. My husband and I have searched near and far in many different parts of the world only to return to her designs.
The attention to detail Hobbs has in there designs are just perfection. We love European design and they do a consistent job of incorporating the function and form we love so about European design. We will use Hobbs once we've found the perfect lot for us. Maybe something urban!

Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes has worked with Janet Hobbs and her team at Hobbs Ink on a recent project for an out of town client desiring a new custom home that would blend Hill Country and contemporary elements to create an upscale luxury home in the Westlake area of Austin. Janet's expertise and knowledge in design was tremendously beneficial. She listened attentively and delivered a home design that exceeded our client's expectations, incorporating all of their desires and even added several features that greatly enhanced the overall design. Coordinating efforts for an out of town client requires team work; Janet was able to work seamlessly with our Zbranek & Holt team to deliver on every design element our clients were looking for. We highly recommend Hobbs Ink and look forward to working with Janet in the near future.
